It's been 3 times that I've ordered here, and I receive a sub with less than the 50 percent meat I added to my sandwich.Other locations get it right on the subway app based on my favorite.I hate the fact that I had to contact corporate, and I hate doing this since it's a franchise because I know what it's like to run a business, but three times to be shorted on what I'm paying for at this business is suspicious

I order online subways i place my orders when the time came To pick up my subway sandwiches that I order they told me they did not have meatballs ready so they made me wait 15 minutes instead notify before pick up I'm like WTF I ask the store manager to at least to give me. commendation while I awaited for my sandwich he said no I like for small soda wow I dont recommend this subway location

Already the 3rd time you guys make the same mistake of adding double meat to the wrong sandwich. Take the time to read the order its not too difficult to make a sandwich. I have to come home and do you job now and remove the meat from one sandwich and add it to the other. Not coming here anymore.

There was a nice gentleman who helped me and was awesome at making my sandwich. There was also a chubby girl that was very rude. When I called to thank him she answered the phone and again she was rude. 09/10/22

this is the worse experience i have in a subway cause they DON'T read ur instructions specially i put all CAP. last time i ordered i have to tell them to plz cut in HALF n wrap separate as i put on instructions when i arrived to pick up Mobil order. today around 7 :40am i went in to pick up my order ( only 1 mid 40 blond hair Mexican women). i told her i m here to pick up the SUPREME MEAT SANDWICH n i even gave her the last 4 digit order # ( i probably the only customer that order this early). she ask my name i told her yokai ( different name from the app cause i changed while ago) so i give her the order number last 4 digit n she said no match i told her on the receipt last 4 digit n she finally gave me my order. but i can tell the sandwich its not cut in half as i instruct.

The worst customer service ever! The young lady did not even had a name tag. I was there @ 8:30 PM on Monday. When I first arrived, there was no one in sight, had to wait for the young lady to come out. She looked like she was having a very bad day. I asked for 2 sandwiches and one was supposed to be toasted. She toasted the meat alone and I asked for the bread to be toasted and she replied: " I asked you...." And I said I didn't hear you. And I said "what's the f*%#€*problem if I want the bread toasted"At that point I was angry and yes I used bad words, just couldn't help myself dealing with such an attitude! I told her I was gonna take a picture of her 'cause she wouldn't give me her name. So there's her picture. She pushed the sandwich to the side and said "I'm not gonna help you, I don't care"I told her off! People like her shouldn't deal with the public. I ended up going to a different subway where the lady was super nice!!
