It was my first time at this wing stop location and the wait time was horrendous. I literally waited for 25 mins for my darn wings and the employees did not provide utensils for my order. When I asked them where in the world is my utensils, they simply responded kindly, " you have to ask for it". I was appalled by the customer service at this particular wing stop. Overall, the food is decent. Thank you wing stop! The exclamation mark meant something!

I don't know what people are saying these guys are not rude.. thats a lie there great at what they do ..great customer service always polite never disappointed..this is the best wingstop!!!
