I had a terrible experience here. First time trying, I called ahead of time to ensure I would have some gluten free donuts for a party I was responsible for bringing. The person on the phone assured me they would be put aside. Got my name and all. When I went in the time I told them I would be in, the dishwasher had been put in charge and knew nothing about my order, and there was nothing set aside. We came yesterday for my kiddos first donut in over a year, she has a gluten allergy and we had no idea Bad Bakers made gluten free donuts. Well they weren’t able to make any yesterday and my daughter was almost in tears. Today we went back and they gave her one each of the gluten free donuts for free, she is in heaven! Thank you Bad Bakers!
