I love this place, all stocked with donuts. Fresh and warm. This place has amazing customer service. I’ve been going here since I was a child with my dad. So this place has a very special place in my heart. Their donuts are the best!!!! My favorite is the sprinkled donuts.

I stopped by this donut shop by chance and decided to grab a quick bite. The woman who served me at first was kind and helpful. Later, a man took over and was rude. When I asked for more cream (I was drinking coffee), he said that I hadn’t bought coffee. I showed him my transaction history and told him he could ask his colleague. He was unhappy and literally threw the cream at me. Also, if a transaction is under $5, he refuses to process it. A woman came in wanting to buy a couple of donuts using quarters, and he refused to serve her because he didn’t want to count the change. As for the taste, it’s an average café - not bad, not great. But the attitude toward customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place; they are rude and will ruin your appetite.

They offer an amazing selection of donuts and pastries, with pricing that’s very reasonable for the quality and variety you get. One of my personal favorites is their croissant with ham and cheese—it’s absolutely delicious and a perfect savory option. Beyond donuts, they also have a wide range of drinks to choose from, making it easy to grab something refreshing to go along with your food. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the experience. We have, on occasion, come across one or two staff members who weren’t as mannerable, but overall the service is consistently good and pleasant. The atmosphere is casual, comfortable, and great for families. Whether you’re looking for a sweet morning treat or a quick bite before a busy day, Baker Ben’s is a reliable go-to spot.
