Terrible customer service! I took my co-worker here today to show him the donut burritos. I ordered an apple and a cherry. I was given a cherry burrito and an apple fritter. When I told the worker he "fixed it". When I went to eat my cherry burrito I noticed they gave me 2 apples. When I went back up to tell them a lady manager literally went up to me grabbed my bag out of my hand, said "let me see what he gave you". She threw away both apples and gave me my correct order. The way she grabbed my bag was unbelievable! I told her she was rude and that I wasn't going to be coming back there. She said "that's fine" and went about her miserable ways.

☕?My experience at Baker Ben's was the best.Excellent service and delicious donuts.It was a cold January morning.I woke up with a craving for Baker Ben's donuts.On my way to work I stopped in for some coffee and a donut....... Mission accomplished the donuts we're fresh and the coffee was hot.Plenty of seating with clean booths.I didn't have to wait long my order arrived promptly.Located in Roseville CA I highly recommend Baker Ben's Donuts

The two ladies who were there to serve the customers were both rude and dismissive . One of them kept shouting , shouting for the order and shouting at everyone who entered. Cake here to try the donuts to place a 10 dozen recurring order for our church. But seeing how they were treating their customers…nope! The donuts tasted mediocre at its best.

Disappointing Donut ExperienceIt was an early morning around 5 AM when I decided to pick up some fresh donuts within the Rocklin/ Roseville region. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.The donuts at this particular shop were just okay; nothing exceptional. However, what truly disappointed me was the lack of customer service. It felt like it was non-existent. I'd rather go to a Dunkin' Donuts place for better customer service than return to this shop.I understand that it was early and the lady working there might have had a rough night or a bad day, but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. Regardless of the circumstances, customer service should always be a priority.Overall, I won't be returning to this shop for donuts in the future.

Apple fritter review #9: Glaze: good, the right amount and tasty, 5 stars Outside: adequately crispy, 5 stars Inside: honestly just right, 5 stars Filling: basically the right amount, plus a dollop on top, 5 stars These are smaller than most apple fritters (and not cheaper), but very good! 5 stars.
The donuts are bigger, yummier, and cheaper than Krispy cremes.
