We called the Rocklin store for a late notice cake order and they had no time to even listen, let alone accommodate our request. We got ahold of Victoria at the 6890 Sierra College location and she was amazing! She was immediately ready to help and walked us through the order process making sure the cake was exactly what we wanted. I will go out of my way to support this location for my next cake!

Jamie was exceptional! We had a large family gathering at Sunsplash and she not only came in early to create the perfect cake for us, she took time out of her day and drove the cake over to us! We are so amazed by her willingness to go above and beyond and we are so thankful for her generosity! We cannot recommend her enough! ❤️❤️❤️

very great customer server, the lady there today was extremely nice and friendly to us, she felt so bad when we they didnt have cotton candy. I went to safeway to get it and she offered me a cone and spoon, she was so nice
