Wow what ever happened to this place very depressing a garbage bin turn upside down between tables the employee told my wife and I give me a second I have to go to the back for what for a nap ridiculous we walk out

The staff was not organized or prepared for amount of customers during holiday. My order was missing side orders and I paid for it.

So due to my experience in 2020 I decided to go to another place in 2021 for Thanksgiving, well it's 2022 so I decided to try boston market again thinking they might have got thier act together.

WELL WAS I WRONG!

I will point out the store staff was awesome they listened to my problem and leaped into action.

So 5 days before Thanksgiving I placed my order, 1 day before I was set to pick up my order I get a email from them stating my payment was declined, though no fault of my own my CC company decided that my purchase might be fraudulent and decided to decline it with out asking me first.

So when I see the email from my CC company I approve the purchase, I then call boston market corporate office and I speak to someone who has a very thick accent very hard to understand.

He assures me my payment went through later that night 9:30PM I get a email saying my order was canceled they day before pickup, so I call the day of pickup, I ask for a Manger, the guy argues with me and refuses to transfer me. I hang up on him, so after work I decided to go to the store to see if I had a Thanksgiving dinner or not, to my relief the Manger was able to save my Thanksgiving. You need to give the guy a bouns.

The entire thing was a fiasco. I ordered my food 2 weeks ago for Thanksgiving. Confirmed my order 11/23/20. I was supposed to pick it up between 3:45pm - 4:00 pm, I arrived at 3:30 pm and stood in line till 4:45pm. There was no communication from the location on what was happening, but from other patrons I learned that the truck did not show up when it was supposed to. It arrived 11/25/20.

This was not the fault of the store staff, this was a failure of upper management, the store staff were busting their rear ends trying to help us out.

I plan on calling corporate and complain about this experience while I praise the store staff. For doing the best they could during the failure of leadership from the corporate office.

I went to the Boston Market, but the door was locked. I drove up to the drive thru, but employers told me they are not doing anything. I was noon about 12:30.

Cafeteria food, and I love boston market don't get me wrong, but this is not the one

I think they are barely keeping the doors open. Drinks were out, out of regular sandwich fixings, were out of kids meal. Workers were nice but took forever. The food was expensive and almost unedible. Don't think the bathroom has been cleaned this month. The urinal was "furry".

I used to like Boston market but not anymore...Cold soup, cold mush potato, meatloaf with who knows what kind of meat, out of cornbread at 5:30 pm to list a few.

This was my first and last visit. Restaurant was filthy even though the place was empty at 5:30. Food was not fresh. I even saw a staffer toss out the broccoli they had JUST SERVED ME after I had sat down and started eating it. ? Mac and Cheese tasted like fish. ? Chicken was dry and oversalted. Cornbread tasted like a corn brick that had been thawed and refrozen too many times. Open trash bin which probably violates some health code. Drink machine was FILTHY and the guy went in the back to get us ice (super sketchy) so I didn't drink it.I counted 5 staff people, one by one coming out of the bathroom to go in the back yet no one could clean off a table or wipe down the drink machine?Hands down the most money I've ever paid for the worst dining experience. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Many choices in Roseville, I will not go here again. Thank God I didn't get sick!!

20 minute wait for a pick up order. Out of half the order. Sense of urgency is non existent. Horrible experience. This is not the 1st time this has happened, but will be the last.

They changed our online order without notifying us or giving us a chance to change the order. Roseville, CA location on Foothills Blvd. Won't be back.
