I think they are barely keeping the doors open. Drinks were out, out of regular sandwich fixings, were out of kids meal. Workers were nice but took forever. The food was expensive and almost unedible. Don't think the bathroom has been cleaned this month. The urinal was "furry".

I used to like Boston market but not anymore...Cold soup, cold mush potato, meatloaf with who knows what kind of meat, out of cornbread at 5:30 pm to list a few.

The food consists of large volumes of mediocre stuff. The folks working there are great!

This was my first and last visit. Restaurant was filthy even though the place was empty at 5:30. Food was not fresh. I even saw a staffer toss out the broccoli they had JUST SERVED ME after I had sat down and started eating it. ? Mac and Cheese tasted like fish. ? Chicken was dry and oversalted. Cornbread tasted like a corn brick that had been thawed and refrozen too many times. Open trash bin which probably violates some health code. Drink machine was FILTHY and the guy went in the back to get us ice (super sketchy) so I didn't drink it.I counted 5 staff people, one by one coming out of the bathroom to go in the back yet no one could clean off a table or wipe down the drink machine?Hands down the most money I've ever paid for the worst dining experience. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Many choices in Roseville, I will not go here again. Thank God I didn't get sick!!

20 minute wait for a pick up order. Out of half the order. Sense of urgency is non existent. Horrible experience. This is not the 1st time this has happened, but will be the last.

They changed our online order without notifying us or giving us a chance to change the order. Roseville, CA location on Foothills Blvd. Won't be back.

We ordered from Boston Market using Door Dash. When our order arrived, the protein portions were correct but the sides were wrong on both orders. We tried to correct the issue on the app and were assured a new delivery was coming. About 10 minutes later, an employee of Boston Market called and told us they were out of the sides we had requested. We asked why we weren't called the first time before they filled our order and were told that they simply made substitutions on their own. Honestly, I would have cancelled our order if I'd been told that they were subbing overcooked broccoli and some blob of spinach that looked like it had already been eaten. This was a second chance as we had gone there prior to Covid and it was sheer chaos with the manager trying to take orders and cook at the same time. Won't try this place again!

My husband and I, both veterans were craving some comfort food on a cold rainy day. I give this 3 stars because the food quality has really gone down, Boston Market to me used to make the BEST mashed potatoes and gravy, they are now instant. The best part about our visit was a young man named Devon, he was so friendly and apologetic about the food, he went above and beyond to make our food experience better for both of us. In fact is was his hospitality that I felt inclined to write this review. I’m so sad about the declining quality of the food there, even from a few months ago, it’s very obvious. But having good employees and good customer service, he offered to bring out our broccoli and our sweet potatoes when they were steaming hot, made such a difference. So thank you Devon. In our short conversations there he said he was going to be going to trade school after he graduates high school. We both told him with his attitude and work ethic he is going to do great in life. Food: eh. Friendly attentive employees: priceless.

Omg if I could of left no stars I would of. First read all their bad reviews. It's all true. I can also see why they are all going out of business look at the photo and you could see all the stores that have closed so far. I went in today and it was disgusting. The place was so dirty. They had no food. Stated they were out of chicken and meatloaf. I had combo and they had no Ice. People walked and left. Do not eat here and save your money. You will get sick. One of the workers had their brother in there and he rode his bike. I threw away my meal and will never come back. Trash place and trash food.

What a disgusting place ??! Stay far away. First off we walk in and they say they only have chicken today. We ordered our food. They had no ice and no butter and the water coming out of the machine was some whiteish/ purpleish sludge. I almost puked and to top it off right next to our booth there were buckets of brown water being collected from the brown celling. GROSS! We left our food there on the table and ran out the door laughing. Boston market PLEASE SHUT YOUR DOORS ALREADY. YOUR GONNA MAKE PEOPLE SICK WITH YOUR DIRTY RESTAURANT!!

The pictures pretty much explain the issue. We also ordered a 20 ounce bottle of Coke. We received a 12 ounce paper cup of warm Diet Coke. The restaurant was dirty and looked like it was in bad shape inside the lobby. If I had gone inside to order, I would have just left without bothering to order at all. I will not return. It's really sad because most of the frozen food that Boston Market offers in grocery stores is pretty good.

We had a pleasant experience my family and I. We haven't been to 1 in 12 plus years. The staff was very friendly, Devon, Serenity, Isaih and Sean. We will be back another day.

Michael and the other staff were good on our large family order. The food is good and they were doing a fine job with the service. For some reason they're using the dining room to store cardboard boxes which seems a little odd.Vegetarian options: Stay home. This is a chicken place.Kid-friendliness: Sure kids can dine in here fine.Parking: Pull up and park. California has way too many handicap spots that don't get used. Too many rules in California make it tough for businesses to function.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll on in.Dietary restrictions: Only if you want to be difficult otherwise you're going to get chicken and a lot of other good tasting fat stuff so you can stay home and have your tofu.
