Dairy free nachos, yes please. They were at the Rocklin FC fall kick-off event and I asked if I could get the brisket sando on chips. They offered nachos sans dairy and I said sure. The pickled onion and brisket tasted great and the serving was filling.

They were se-upOutside Moksa brewery. I ordered the beerachos with brisket. It was ok, the service was fast but it tasted like canned cheese and very little brisket. Fortunately I had my dogs with me and they enjoyed the chips with canned cheese. I have had way better nachos...I would pass next time and not recommend the trying something different. Lighten upOn the pickled veggies onions.

We had the pleasure of having BucketHead BBQ cater our recent rehearsal dinner. It was an on site BBQ set up. What an amazing experience. The food was delicious. I have family that have worked in the Memphis barbecue scene is for many years. They raved about how great the brisket was as did the rest of the guests. The Mac \\u0026 Cheese Rocked!!! Not only was the food delicious and generous portions, the staff was amazing. They were courteous, took time to answer questions about their mobile barbecue set up with people who are interested. From set up to take down. Truly a wonderful dining experience.

The best brisket we've ever had. Tender and melted in your mouth! We will be back to order for Christmas!!

We saw the flyer for BBQ pickup and thought we would give it a try. Ordering was easy and directions for pickup clear. We ordered brisket, pulled pork and hot links. The brisket was good but lacked the smokiness I like in a brisket and was a little dry. I like to see my brisket in strips and not short chunks shoved into a small box maybe prepared a little too early before pickup. I guess its a presentation thing for me. The pulled pork was good and had a peppery flavor. The hot links were spot on and had great flavor and texture, not sure if they are homemade. I feel the money spent would have gotten me more but I understand the cost of meat these days.

The food was good. I'm giving one star because I was extremely offended by the comments a male staff member made to me and my husband. While we were ordering he made several sexist comments. He crescendoed my suggestions on what my husband should get with sarky one liners, "I like how she's ordering for you." "Now put this on your credit card." Finally he ended with, "(women) can't live with them can't live without them, am I right?!" I was completely speechless. I was actually afraid to go back over and get extra sauce because I did not want to interact with him. We were at Crooked Lane Brewing in Auburn on Saturday 8.26.22 Food was good. But my experience with this employee was unacceptable.

We were at moonraker to enjoy a couple beers on our way up the mtn. By happenstance buckethead was the food truck of the day at moonraker. I wanted to grab a sandwich. I should have been skeptical when there were no prices on the menu, however I asked for the Tri tip sandwich and when she rang me up The price which was over $20 I thought maybe she heard me wrong and thought I ordered two. I realized quickly this was not the case. While the meat tasted good, at 1/3lb advertised for a sandwich this equates to $60 a lb for Tri tip which is ridiculous, This is a la carte by the way. I understand that things cost more now but I feel this is a gouge and unjustified. I will never again buy from a menu that has no price. Lesson learned, if you see a menu without a price, run run run......

Food in the Hood - WestPark Wednesday [Roseville] Saw Buckethead BBQ on the food truck schedule for the first time during WestPark Wednesday so we decided to stop by. We were looking for a food truck but it was actually a... um, ah... a custom designed trailer? Well, it was a league of its own because I've never seen anything like it... a restaurant on wheels. We arrived an hour before the event ended, which started at 4:30p... in our case the early bird gets the brisket at Buckethead because they ran out quickly. boo! We chose the 2-meat combo plate (pulled pork and honey chipotle chicken) which came with 2 sides... we chose their macaroni salad and Dave's Famous baked beans. We helped ourselves with apricot, mild, or hot condiments at the sauce station. Thank you because I don't do too well with spicy foods. The meat were delicious, moist, tender, and full of flavor. I also enjoyed the sides. The one combo plate we ordered fed both me and my hubby... generous portions. Customer service was exceptional. If they come back on WestPark Wednesday again... I'm heading straight to the park after work. Great food and I must try their brisket. They are based in Roseville. Instagram: @BucketheadBBQ Review #2570

First time trying Buckethead. I compare all the bbq I eat to places I've been in Missouri, Kansas, and Texas. Easily the best brisket I've had this side of Texas. I'm following on Instagram and look forward to eating here again.
