The service 2020 has been severely lacking. The staff, as best as they try, regularly get the your orders wrong or incomplete. Most of the time they are very polite, but you can tell that there is a higher turn over rate due to new faces and lack of experience with the staff.As with most current customer service areas, it's always good to remember that there's a high probability that you won't get the service you were used to, so relax and be patient. You were were once likely in that job... even if it was long ago.

THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP!! OMG. I was in the drive through for 45 minutes today only to leave and have not everything I ordered. So frustrated because I usually don't have these issues at the other location in Roseville. Be aware when going here. I will never again.

On my way home, i wanted a hamburger. I prefer grilled to greasy, so i passed McD and chose BK. I was just gonna grab a burger, then I saw the 2 for $6 banner! I ordered 2 Whoppers. What a difference new Management and staff can make. The service, amazing. My Whoppers were soo good. Lotsa sandwich choices on that 2 for $6 menu! I know exactly where I'm gonna go when i want to grab something fast and even better tasty! Thx Jason!
Polite young woman on the headset taking orders through the drive through, order was quick even though there were some customized items. Cashier was smiling behind the mask and wished us a good day and a safe drive. Don't see that kind of experience anymore at a drive through, so definitely unexpected. Order was correct and ample napkins, so five stars. Well done, keep it up BK!

My experience here today was quick and easy no issues, drive threw was easy to get in and out Food was made in perfect time to get me back on the road. Taylor was my drive threw attendant/cashier she was very nice and got everything perfect!Thank you for a great visit and breakfast meal Keep up the great work Burger King Crew!!

Wow on September 2 I went to Burger King with my husband and I will never be coming back to this place my husband and I were starving and I saw this place and stopped inside the girl that was taking our order I didn't catch her name but she was very kind ask us how our day was going and being very polite she asked us about a million times wat our order was so she had it correct but she was a very sweet young lady what ruined our experience there was a girl that was extremely rude she made a side comment that I didn't hear but my husband did and he was uncomfortable. We will never be come back here again this place is a ruckus I will never be coming back
