The service 2020 has been severely lacking. The staff, as best as they try, regularly get the your orders wrong or incomplete. Most of the time they are very polite, but you can tell that there is a higher turn over rate due to new faces and lack of experience with the staff.As with most current customer service areas, it's always good to remember that there's a high probability that you won't get the service you were used to, so relax and be patient. Polite young woman on the headset taking orders through the drive through, order was quick even though there were some customized items. Cashier was smiling behind the mask and wished us a good day and a safe drive. Don't see that kind of experience anymore at a drive through, so definitely unexpected. Order was correct and ample napkins, so five stars. Well done, keep it up BK!
My experience here today was quick and easy no issues, drive threw was easy to get in and out Food was made in perfect time to get me back on the road. Taylor was my drive threw attendant/cashier she was very nice and got everything perfect!Thank you for a great visit and breakfast meal Keep up the great work Burger King Crew!!
