This Filipino owned cafe has everything for a local - regular coffees and others with a Pinoy twist. I LOVE all the ube pastries (ube truffle is BOMB) and coffee options. Of course, Halo-Halo is a kid favorite!

Absolutely love Cafe 86 in Roseville! The desserts are wonderful, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we tried was delicious and made with great quality. Highly recommend Cafe 86 for anyone looking for amazing desserts and a great experience!
