Unimpressed. The sign may say #1 Cheesesteak in The World. I'm sorry but, it isn't. I ordered the #1 which is the Philly Cheesesteak and I got it as a meal. Very little fries and the cheesesteak was juicy and tender but lacked flavor. The service was slow. I was the only one in line and it took the cashier about 3 mins to get to me while she was staring right at me. Like where are the bell peppers and onions that make a cheesesteak? I am so unimpressed.

Cheesesteak is fine, fries is crispy but little salty. Overall foods are fine, but as a fast food restaurant it’s wayyy too slow, me and my wife got there at 5 and took our order at 5:25, but food is completely served at 6:02…….. an hour wait when there’s only 3 person in front of us…..come

50/50 shot you get someone else's order. Theres been at least two times ive gotten someone else's food handed to me. This time i waited over half an hour to get fries a small sandwich and Mozzarella sticks. If they get anything wrong they give you grief about it.

I went to eat at Charlyes and I ordered by myself on the self order screen, I paid for my food and my order never went through I then talked to the manger she said she cannot issue me a refund and she cannot see my order so she made me order again on the register and pay again and told me that a refund will get back to your account from the screen in 3 hours it’s been 3 days and I have yet to get my refund. I have called the store multiple times and they never picked up. I would like my refund back.

The food was great. Takes awhile to be prepared as their is only 2 ppl who man this food establishment. But I loved the old fashioned the fries could be a little more done and could be a bit more for its price over all But over all will keep coming back just for the sandwich.

"regular" cheesteak was good flavor but so incredibly weak on contents that it fails as a real cheesteak. How ever much they train their staff to fill the sandwich, they need to double it to make it a real cheesteak... Again, good flavor just really really weak on actual contents.Please stop marketing the brand as "the best cheesteak" until you actually fill the roll with contents. If you've had a real cheesteak you will probably be very disappointed.

I complained about my cup of fries being half full and the cashier refused to give me a fuller cup of fries. I paid $19.99 for my meal and they can’t give me the correct portion of fries. The cashier was rude and has zero clues about customer service. Will not be back.

Bad service it took 32 minutes to get some thin chicken strips also it’s over price and the employees (kids) don’t know what they are doing and that comes from bad management also who charges for a water cup All I got say the manger from their probably it’s a lazy person and unprofessional that cares lessCause the employees seem so lost but that’s how they were train next time will go to Panda Express

Ordered a medium steak sandwich with all the different things on it including jalapeños and pickles and all the good stuff the sandwiches south wasn't that bad little soggy, but it was OK. But I ordered a side of fries and when we got the box of fries, literally had less than a third of flurries inside the box, so I went back up to the counter, said excuse me, but this box was given to us with almost no fries in it and the gentleman working at the Fry counter who was the manager just turned around grab the fries and load it back up and give it back to us. This was to me very unethical to try and sell the customer on fries that were less than a third inside the box. Thinking that they could save on food costs if no one said anything. Not very ethical.
