Estela helped me out today and as always she’s very sweet. Not to mention the food is always great too. I frequent the food court since I work at the mall and Charley’s is my go to spot.
Great place to eat. All the associates are very helpful and polite.

Charleys Cheesesteaks offers great food, though it takes a while to be prepared as there are only 2 staff members. The "regular" cheesesteak has good flavor but lacks enough contents. Customers suggest doubling the fillings. The standard cheesesteak is just okay, lacking flavor and with overcooked meat. It's considered somewhat expensive for mall fare. Some customers had to make adjustments to the sandwich to enhance the flavor. Despite this, many will keep coming back for the sandwich.
