Breakfast sandwiches not toasted, no salt and pepper for eggs, and sausage was barely warm. It's probably the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. The chorizo wrap use to be good, but they stopped carrying it. Bagels have gotten small.

I have always luved DDs because of the greatest cocoa on earth.....but today, I went in a ordered my cocoa...and they told me they not only don't make it like to used with the extra chocolate and steamer(I guess that's how it was), but they make it water...water?..can some one please tell this is not every DDs...this is not procedure going forward with the cocoa....may be kinda petty with this dam, I like the old way....someone help me out here. I will say, I discovered the English muffin bacon sandwich and lemonade-was perfect I still luv DDs...maybe I gotta ask them to do it personally

We ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts and a hot peppermint mocha . Donuts were ok but the drink was barely warm and had a terrible taste to it. Took two sips and threw it away. Would have returned it but we were just about home.
Went to Dunkin Donuts by chance to try the breakfast $6 meal deal. Wife and I went inside to see all options as we never go to Dunkin. After our experience I can say we won’t be back. The staff is rude and pretends you do not exist. You have to place your oder thru a kiosk, and hope you can figure it out on your own. Because the staff won’t help you. They will just stare at you as they reload the donut baskets. Once we received our order roughly 8 mins after ordering it. The food was equally as disappointing. The coffee was awful. The breakfast bagel was ok. But the bagel was dry, the hash browns were not crispy and the iced coffee tasted like water with instant coffee mixed in. Super disappointing and will not return. The whole experience was awful.

The ladies and gents who work at the store here do not work properly, neither do they talk to the customer properly nor do they deliver his order on time. They take a lot of time on his order, due to which the customer gets upset and leaves like that and they also tell him that it will take 10 minutes, 12 minutes or whatever to prepare his order. They also do not talk to the customer and do not respect him and keep talking among themselves in Urdu. I do not know what they keep talking about and one of them is from China. The ladies also do not talk to the customer properly, so I want to say that change them from here because customers will not come here. There will be loss to the store and the store, so they are not working properly. Explain to them a little, whatever it is. Tell them to talk nicely with the customer.

They serve the food to the customer very late and do not even tell him that it will take 15 minutes or 10 minutes whatever to get his order ready. They do not even say that. They take water and stand there and keep on talking among themselves in Urdu and one Chinese did that. She also does not talk properly with any customer so this is not good for the store because this store will suffer a loss so change them from here because they do not work properly and those who speak in Urdu do not talk at all with anyone, not even with the customers.

Dunkin’ has been my go to for years. This place sucks. I waited 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. It says “$6 meal Deal” well it’s $14. And don’t bother trying to ask a question they are incredibly rude. First review I’ve ever left, it was that bad unfortunately.
