Having grown up in the Northeast Dunkin’ Donuts (colloquially “Dunks or Dunkies”)was a part of life. Not the best coffee in the world and far from the worst, it’s consistently mediocre. That being said, it always brings me back home and I know regardless of where I am it will always taste the same. It’s a great value for a quick breakfast. My most recent trip I got shorted a donut in my half dozen, but got it on a deal, so … you get what you pay for I guess. I’ll always return to Dunks for their iced coffee and croissant breakfast sandwiches.

Best service I have had in a very long time!! I come here often using the mobile app, the rewards are my fave. The seasonal merch is the best for quick gifts; tumblers and Keurigs. The original blend is spectacular iced.

Was that one guy that was working there who was super nice just a fever dream? No, seriously, there was once a guy there who after I spent a good overnight at Thunder Valley helped me with my order and was the best guy ever. Got there around 6:30AM, and this dude came up with the best vibes and helped me get donuts.

AFTER THAT, though? I haven't seen him once, and every other employee there will MAKE YOU WAIT OVER 10 MINUTES JUST TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

Multiple trips there after, and that ONE TIME was a magical experience I have yet to replicate, and instead given absolute malice from the other staff who work here.

You WILL BE GUARANTEED TO WAIT A WHILE BEFORE THEY EVEN LOOK AT YOU, and then after, they will make it as though they hate you for ordering.

Ordered 6 dollor meal .they changed it and charged twice as much.last time here .sooner they close their doors the better

I am extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. My daughter was treated unfairly and discriminated against by the manager, Jordan. His behavior was unprofessional, unacceptable, and completely out of line for someone in a leadership position. No one deserves to be treated the way she was. We will not be returning, and I urge others to be cautious when visiting this location. Discrimination has no place in any workplace—do better, Dunkin’.

Hit the drive thru on Wednesday afternoon around 3pm and the girl working was really rude. Really crappy attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I almost lost it and went off but my kid was in the car. She could tell I wasn’t happy with her over the speaker so when I got tot the window she had someone else help take my payment and give me my food. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future. Good luck Dunkin!!!!

They turn off all the ovens before they close so if you go there at 3pm and they close at 4pm, they will tell you their ovens are off and not serve any food. This is BS in my opinion. If you are open until a specific time, you serve people until you are closed. Ive worked in food and we didn't shut off our stuff an hour before close.

This Location couldn't suck more if they tried, we got a brown sugar shaken espresso that wasn't good, tasted like coffee water so thanks for that. We also got the easter donut hole bucket asked for assorted and got blueberry and chocolate that were stale and hard, you can't convince me they weren't days old. We tried the peach refresher that was absolutely disgusting, just don't!
There was no one inside and no one in the drive thru and with the two girls took at least 20 mins to get 2 drinks and a donut bucket out the drive thru. Absolutely pathetic, management definitely needs to step in and fix this. The reviews are filled with experiences similar to ours, tale some pride in your store and fix it.

They don’t train their employees. They just throw them on the field and say good luck. I ordered a chai and got a matcha that tasted like plastic

Breakfast sandwiches not toasted, no salt and pepper for eggs, and sausage was barely warm. It's probably the worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. The chorizo wrap use to be good, but they stopped carrying it. Bagels have gotten small.

Always great customer service. Not a long wait. Very fresh delicious donuts. We go every couple months and have never had a bad experience or bad customer service.
