I have never been to a dutch bros this slow in my life before. As a dutch bros worker, you need to have one person outside even if it is just two people. The line gets insane, I mean like down the road, and too much socializing not much working. Sorry it’s the truth y’all lack the real dutch bros skills. Do better.

We got our beverages from the window, and our order was ready in minutes. My daughters dog gets the free puppy treat. We absolutely love the service from our friendly barista! ?
They put sugar in my coffee this morning and I got sick because of it. I told them no sugar but they aren't taught on what no sugar means. They need to be trained. My stomach still hurts.

Came through in the evening and once a few cars lined up, someone came out to take orders ahead of the window - I appreciate the effort to streamline orders. It was night time so it was hard to tell where the right path was to go through the drive-thru, but made it happen. Typical Dutch Bros., with peppy workers who are super friendly.
