I recently celebrated my 30th birthday, and the catering company I hired canceled at 9 PM the night before my party. In a panic, I scrambled to find a place that was still open and could accommodate a last-minute order. While their food is very good, calling in an order for pick-up is a crap shoot and we almost always lose.
Again this evening, we called in an order. I believe they may have been training someone new. I ordered a California burrito with shredded beef and no sour cream and a Chile Relleno burrito. When the order was read back to me, the woman said "beef" not shredded beef, so I reiterated shredded beef. She also said chile relleno, so I said "that's the burrito."
