Great food, great value. Terrific Brazilian jazz music. We waited a few minutes for a waiter to bring the menu; otherwise terrific service. Dinner has over 20 meats; lunch had about 10. Garlic steak, tri tip with cheese. 3 types of chicken, saysage, pork belly. cheese and pineapple. Price is about 1.5x of Outback; amount of food is 2.5x and quality of food is 2x.
The service at this Brazilian steakhouse was excellent—friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet expectations. There wasn't much variety when it came to the meat selections, which is surprising for a Brazilian steakhouse. The open buffet also lacked authentic Brazilian dishes and felt more American than anything. I left feeling pretty disappointed, especially since I was hoping for a more traditional experience.
Flame and Fire is a great place to go for any occasion. The Meat option is amazing. The service was great. They are very tentative. We had a 2-hour cap to dine, which was plenty of time for our party of 6.
