Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

My husband and I went to Fleming's for the first time to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Our table was decorated to mark the event. Everything was top-notch, from the food to the service, as well as the ambience. All of the staff were amazing, from Serena the wonderful hostess, to Monica, our server, and Tamara, the server assistant. They all truly made our anniverary special. Would highly recommend!

This review is for the bar. Been twice. Tim the bartender took care of us each time and the service was top notch. Great craft cocktails and the sliders and meatballs on social hour are great and they do an amazing job making birthdays memorable. Will absolutely be back.

This was a 12/10 experience. It was our anniversary and they went out of their way to make us feel special. Tommy was literally one of the best servers I have ever had and I waited tables for many years. The food was unbelievably good, especially the filet mignon. the overall ambiance, attentiveness of the staff, soft live music playing, attention to detail, and overall vibes of this restaurant were so fantastic. I will definitely be dining again.

Unlike other steakhouses, Fleming's is light and airy. Calimari was quite tasty and plentiful. The steak was excellent. Server was well-trained and personable. Will definitely revisit. Went the day after Father's Day and avoided the special day crush, was told.

Very nice energy. Awesome vibe. Very professional waiter and waitresses. The manager Dustin and my waitress Monica were amazing.

Went on Valentine's day and other occasions food and service are top tier. Ruth Chris is still my favorite but the wagyu app is my favorite dish in Sac/Roseville

Yeah, at this place, you’ll wanna order everything but steak.. went here for Father’s Day and was extremely disappointed

You can clearly see the steak has no crust. This was supposed to be dry aged 28 days. It’s so thin it was supposed to be medium rare it was cooked medium seems like whoever cooked this has no idea how the hell to cook a steak honestly for the Price absolute worst steak I’ve ever had in my life, in terms of the flavor, there is zero flavor could barely taste the dry age. Steak didn’t seem like it was dry age because the texture was off and the steak also in terms of quality felt like it was from Walmart out of the budget section.

I will never come back here again to eat steak Best to stick to echo and rig.

Beautiful atmosphere and the perfect date night spot! ❤ The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a great time, and they even offer to take photos so you can capture the special moments together. Highly recommend for a memorable evening with your loved one.

My husband and I prefer the casual atmosphere in the bar area. However, that doesn’t lessen the quality of service we receive from Tim and Jenna. They are both phenomenal!!!

The food is consistently tasteful and the presentation is amazing. From their lunch menu, happy hour sliders and bone in rib eye, you can’t wrong.

This was our first time to try Flemings. We went there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had the most amazing experience. Mingo was our server and he did an exceptional job. He was very attentive and knew everything about every menu item. Staff was quick to bring our menu items to our table and pick up our used plates. Everyone in our party felt that we experienced the most exceptional dining experience ever. By the way, the food was so delicious and the food and drink presentation did not disappoint. We will certainly go back again and again.

My family and I have dined at Fleming's for a few important occasions and each experience was excellent. You'll enjoy great food and wonderful service. The Fleming's nearest to our area has a somewhat upscale feel and your tab at the end of your own experience will reflect that. Value is for each guest to determine.

I took my friend for lunch here today. To celebrate her very belated birthday. I had no idea they decorated the table , gave her card and champagne toast to celebrate. The food and server David is absolutely amazing and very attentive. They really made the experience wonderful . The food was super fresh ! We

Fleming’s always delivers excellent service. And as a response to Mr global expat’s review who claims he is black,- he is, in fact, not a black person. Also, the manager you are accusing of discrimination is tatted up. She is a great manager who always has a smile on her face. Treats all customers with great amount of respect and serves the best customer service.
I have visited this location a couple times and I have been never been treated the way Expat described his experience. I am not a black woman nor do I claim to be one, my tattoos are not visible, but I am an Asian person but I have never felt I was treated poorly at Fleming’s. With that said, please go to Fleming’s if you want absolutely excellent service. Of course the food is good too.

Our visit to the Roseville location around 9:00 PM was, without question, one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve had, and the manager was the main reason why.

From the moment we walked in, we were completely ignored. There wasn’t a simple “hello,” “we’ll be right with you,” or any basic acknowledgment that we were standing there. When we were finally seated, the manager’s attitude was cold and unnecessarily rude. To make matters worse, he smirked at us in a way that made us genuinely feel unwelcome and out of place.

We were respectful the entire time, didn’t cause any issues, and simply wanted to enjoy our evening. Instead, we were treated as though we didn’t belong there. I can’t say for certain why, but as a Black customer with visible arm tattoos, the interaction left me wondering if appearances played a role in the way we were treated. Whether that was the case or not, no customer should leave a restaurant feeling judged or looked down upon.

Good management sets the tone for the entire establishment, and unfortunately, this manager set a terrible one. Customer service costs nothing, but respect goes a long way. We won’t be returning, and I hope ownership takes customer complaints seriously because this type of behavior reflects poorly on the entire business.

As I sit here with a group company event I am perplexed at how Flemmings used to be
NY steak over cooked I was not not asked for coffee or desert
I requested coffee im to go cup which arrived Luke warm not the Fleming experience of days past
