Loved the food, service was bare min, they should do something with the patio to create more of an atmosphere currently looks like an after thought with the stored wood and model rack with bussing supplies

I was happy to find a quality pizzeria while visiting Roseville. I’m pretty picky when it comes to pizza and it’s even harder with a gluten intolerance but they do a great job! They make really good thin crust Neapolitan style pizzas, their salads are great also and they have a delicious gluten free crust which can be a bit difficult to find. I definitely recommend! Only addition to their menu that would be great would be some clean bottled options for root beer and ginger beer.

The appetizers are always amazing. If it's the right time of the year the carrot hummus is outstanding. Pizzas are best eaten right out of the oven so make it a eat out night. Service is always with a smile and the staff is amazing.

Flour Dust Pizza Company was outstanding. The pizza was absolutely amazing, high-quality ingredients, baked in a real pizza oven, and somehow not greasy at all. Even reheated the next day, it was just as good, which says a lot.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they’re serving. A special shoutout for the off-menu pasta: butter noodles with garlic. It was a huge hit with my very picky 5-year-old, which is no small feat.

But the real highlight, and something that could easily be missed, was the brisket sandwich. I sadly learned it’s only a winter offering, but wow wheeeee… it was hands down one of the most balanced and flavorful sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Every bite burst with flavor.

If you’re reading this and it’s still cold out, do not hesitate, get the sandwich.

Wow. This is some of the best wood fired pizza I have ever had. The crust is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a thin crust that's soft and flakey. Their pizza sauce and their spicy caesar dressing is also quite good. Definitely in the top 3 for best pizza in the Roseville/Rocklin area.

Best pizza with quality seasonal toppings. We had a pear salad that was truly amazing! Service leaves room for improvement as it was hard to get someone to come to our table after we ordered. We sat outside since inside was too loud. However I would definitely come back.

Nepolitani style pizza in this little hidden Gem in Roseville, CA. These thin crusted pies are topped with authentic style Mediterranean ingredients that are sure to get your taste buds kickin. I always shoot for a salad, typically a seasonal one if they have them, and my favorite Helena pie.
You honestly cannot go wrong with anything they put atop these masterpieces.
You don't have to take my word for it. Just give em a shot. You won't be disappointed.

I've been a huge fan of Flour Dust for a long time—it's my absolute go-to for lunch and dinner in Roseville. Their pizza is unbeatable! So, when I heard they were launching a brunch menu, I was curious, but I had no idea just how amazing it would be.

I was completely blown away. They've taken the same incredible quality and creativity they're known for and applied it to a brunch menu that is just outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavors that were perfect for a weekend morning.

It's so wonderful to see a favorite local spot expanding and knocking it out of the park. They've truly outdone themselves! If you love Flour Dust for dinner, you have to come back and try their brunch. 10/10, five stars, cannot wait to be back!
