John's Incredible Pizza - Roseville

Came with the family 1 month ago and this place was trashed and disgusting. Food bins were empty, food was all over the floor, ice cream and dessert bar was demolished. Asked the manager what's going on and was told new food was coming and some food was out. They appear to be under staffed or the workers just do not work. Had to come again today, because my grandson wished to come here for his Birthday. If the above description was bad today made it look elegant. The manager told us that it was this way because of Ramadan and I think that is a very poor excuse. Wanted a refund and got one but they would not let us sit with our family. So much for the Birthday Party. 😞 🎂 👎

Very overcrowded place nowhere to sit in the dining area the cups to get soda were empty the pizza and every place that you can eat and pick up food at the buffet was empty extremely horrible. I would not come here again.

The grandkids enjoyed the monitors, the employees were friendly, the food was subpar, some of the pizza was fresh, the desserts were horrible, the ice cream machine didn't work and the cake was very dry.

This is a really fun place for kids and adults ( if you're into arcade games). The bumper cars were my favorite thing.
We went at about 6:30 on a Monday so it wasn't very crowded. I think we just missed the busy time because the buffet area was a mess. There was hardly any food available and what was available looked very unappetizing. The pizzas were dried out and rubbery.
I managed to find some pasta and meat sauce and went to the salad bar and found a nice variety of toppings and dressings even though that area was a mess also.
Finally we went to the dessert area. It was completely empty. Not a single dessert to be found. Luckily they have soft serve ice cream. They have vanilla chocolate and swirl. The cones were delicious and satisfied my sweet tooth.
The staff was very friendly and professional. I felt safe letting the children ( 9 and 11) run around on their own for the games and rides.
I will take them back since they had a lot of fun but hopefully the manager of this establishment gets a little more attention to detail so the food experience is a little better.

Haven't been here in about a year or so and let me tell you it has gone MAJOR down hill... there was food on the floor around the buffet (full slices of pizza and ice cream, other stuff iIcouldn't tell) I told someone and they said oh sorry im on my break 15min later it was still there.. There was no options for food, people were pushing there way through to get food cause there was little to none left and they were not replenishing like a buffet should. People left there used plates and cups on the buffet bars I was here 2.5 hours and they are still here when I'm leaving. The staff don't seem to care. The cleanest thing here was the bathrooms which is a shame. For someone who brought in 11 people and paid $20-$45 per person I'm highly disappointed and we will not be back. It's disgusting and disappointing.

Kids went crazy

This place was horrible. First and last time going. Went for a birthday party and the service was horrible. The room wasn’t ready when we got there but they still wanted us to leave at end time cutting the party from 90 minutes to about 45 minutes. There was no entertainment for the kids there was a staff in there but he had no idea what to even do with the kids. He tried to get them to play freeze dance and played a happy birthday song on his phone. Like WTH. Even the kids were like what is this!!!! The food was a mess and the stations uncleaned and unmanaged. Spoke to a lady who turned out to be the district manager and she was rude as all hell. When they came to clean the room there was one staff who just started dumping everything and we had to tell her to stop so we could gather our personal things and the child’s gift. Her response was we ready to go and I’m ready to get home and smoke.

We did go on a Tuesday, Salas dressing wasn't marked properly ended up eating a whole plate of salad, buffet style food, you can tell had been under heat a long time, pizza where rotated so they were fresh, the deserts weren't great, barely a few plus soft serve. Games were great for the kids, they really enjoyed the larger rides, drop zone was a short ride

Place can definitely use a major renovation. Maintenance is pretty non-existent which is sad to see. Took my son for his 6th birthday and unfortunately, business was extremely slow but tables were all pretty filthy and run down. Too many games were out of order and did not work which was disappointing overall. One positive from this experience would be the staff, all staff I encountered were very friendly. I hope that one day soon, this business can get the much needed repairs.

Food was great. If you go in the middle of the day the food seems to be fresher and replenished quickly. There was a little bit of a dirty mess for the frozen yogurt machine that never got cleaned up while we were there. But the attendants in the individual rooms were very prompt with clearing your tables of used/dirty dishes. The game arwa was fun but they only had one claw machine that actually was on and working. Alot of the arcade games were not on as well. So the game.options were limited. But the rides and bumper cars were going at least for my older kids.
