It is a solid bakery but not worth four stars. The pastries are pricey not worth it for the quality of food. The croissant similar to Costco bakery. Toast and sandwiches are basic and not memorable. The shop has a great ambience and a solid place to bring friends and family to visit and have a snack.

Local review- first time visit. We went on a sunny Saturday afternoon and were pleased that it wasn't crowded. This cafe has a very welcoming environment with plenty of two & four seater tables in the front and back. The staff were extremely friendly and kindly answered all of our questions about the menu. I ordered the TLBA sandwich, latte with almond milk, and almond croissant. The sandwich had high quality turkey & bacon and the latte was delightful! The croissant was tasty, but did not have as much almond filling as I would like and was at about a 2 sweetness level on a scale of 1 to 5. Overall we enjoyed our experience and want to come back to try other sandwiches and pastries!

Was looking for a place close to the automall while our vehicles got serviced. This place was within reasonable walking distance and did not disappoint.

Decided on Pastry Nouveau as the meet-up spot for a weekly get together. Ordered the egg, cheese and bacon on brioche and asked to swap for a croissant. My friend ordered the same but stuck to its original version (on Brioche). Also ordered the fruit danish to share, a latte for me and a coffee for her. At first she suggested that we share the breakfast sandwich as well but I wanted to make sure everyone got enough to eat so insisted we each get our own (yes, I was treating). We carried on with our meeting even though our food was quickly prepared. We didn't touch our sandwiches for maybe 30+ minutes and they were still really good when we finally ate them! The fruit danish wasn't attractive but was really yummy (insert yo mama joke here). Looking back we could have probably split a sandwich and the danish and been fine (even saved about $15). We were pushing the limit with the last few bites. Clean tables. Cute decor. Nice ambiance.

Food: ordered their avocado toast and a caramel latte. Avocado toast was a perfect mix of sugar and salty. Bread was nice and crunchy, the honey gave a nice sweetness, where the sunflower seeds gave some saltiness. Came with a cup of fresh fruits. Meal was filling for me. Latte was delicious in a nice big cup. Perfect size. Not too sweet, but sweet enough. Service: surprisingly fast service. The place was full and looked busy, however, I did not wait long at all for my order. Employees were sweet. Ambience: cute, bright establishment. Cute little plants hanging and a whole white theme. Enough to put out some positive vibes.

Food - Items ordered: Key Lime Tart (3 out of 5) $6.25 - distinctive lime tart flavor tasted good, crust was solid. Raspberry Cream Puff (3 out of 5) $6.25 - The cream is light and airy, the raspberries were ripe, but the puff was mediocre. Cheesecake Slice (3 out of 5) $6.75 - overall when you get all the ingredients in one bite (strawberry, whip cream, candy crisps, cheese filling, crust) it's quite good, but the cheesecake by itself is very dense. There's not enough strawberry and whip cream to spread around. The cheesecake is also not very sweet so if you're used to cheesecakes from The Cheesecake Factory, it might not be up to your sweetness standards. Given how dense, heavy and dry it was, I did not enjoy it and can not recommend it. Almond Croissant (5 out of 5) $6.25 - Excellent. One of the best almond croissants I've had. Great flaky pastry, the filling has good texture and balanced sweetness level. The only critique would be the size of the pastry. For $6.25 it is much smaller than almond croissants from other bakeries. Ham and Swiss Quiche (4 out of 5) $9.00 - Very good. Really enjoyed the ham and cheese flavor. Great consistency filling and crust paired well. Delicious. Mocha (4 out of 5) $6.50 (includes $1 extra for Oat milk) - Very good cup of mocha. The espresso flavor is very present through the chocolate and oat milk. Service: The two ladies that took our order and served us were very friendly. They were also very prompt in fulfilling our requests. Great customer service. Ambiance: Bright and light interior. Cute modern decor. The temperature inside was a little cold but not unbearable. There are two self serve water dispensers, however one was clogged. Visited on a Tuesday at 12:10 PM. Besides our party, only one other couple was there at the time, so it was not busy. While we dined in, a few other customers trickled in for take out orders. The free wifi is appreciated. Overall, it's quite pricey and I can't justify the price especially for the 3 or less star rated items. However if you don't mind splurging a bit, I'd definitely recommend the almond croissant and quiche.

Ordered 2 raspberry cream puffs today 1/5 and was going to dig into them same day today and they were both moldy. DoorDash issued refund, but just a warning to check the raspberries before you eat...

I was in the area and was craving a toast breakfast. You know, avocado toast, salmon toast, ricotta toast etc. I did a quick search and landed on Pastry Nouveau. There was plenty of parking in the shopping center, and was greatly warmly by the young woman working behind the counter. It was SUPER cold inside, and she kindly offered to close the front door but I said it was fine as it seems it's hard for people to find them if the door isn't open. I opted for the salmon toast and an Americano. Both were delightful! I forgot to take a photo of my salmon toast but it was well made with lots of cream cheese, salmon, capers and onions along with a perfect fruit salad. My Americano was strong but easy to drink. The inside is clean and simple, and they have a surprise seating area in the back. They also provide free WiFi. Their bathroom was very clean which I appreciated. The pastries looked amazing but I decided to stick with my savory craving but will absolutely try something my next visit. They had monkey bread that was calling to me but I resisted. They did have a couple of different quiches and a croque monsieur in the case, which I didn't see on their standard menu so keep that in mind if you're thinking of breakfast. While I was there, they helped a guy who came in frazzled because he was asked to get pastries for 30 people without any notice. They were very patient and talked him through their recommendations and he walked out much calmer and arms full of buttery goodness. A great cafe that's a bit of a hidden gem but worth it if you're nearby.

I ordered the cinnamon roll, cheese black berry danish, two quiches. The quiches were GREAT! I would definitely come back for one if I'm in the area. The cinnamon roll was croissant style with cream cheese frosting on top, which personally disappointed me. Anyways the interior is super cute and it's the perfect spot for a first date.

Amazing pastries!

Finally a pastry place that is not a chain or supermarket! My wife wanted pastries the other day and I discovered Julian’s. Let me say, the Almond Croissant is ridiculously good, but get their early cause they only make 12 a day! The chocolate croissant is very tasty, the white chocolate raspberry scone is amazing. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is very filling. I’ve been 2 times and each time it gets better! Finally a pastry shop that is worth the calories! ?????
