I do recomend fats asia bistro roseville the food is delicious it's beautiful but unfortunately this time 2 young ladies in the front ignored me, gave dirty looks and were disrespectful to me also did not even help me at all. the gentleman who helped me was very respectful and its just sad that a great place and usually great experiences can be ruined because a couple employees decided to be very rude and for no reason.
Be aware of absolutely terrible reservation system. We requested a table for the special occasion and were promised by the staff that we would get specifically requested table. To our surprise we got a totally different unsuitable table. The staff was rude and we had to talk to the manager. The manager was rude and unapologetic. He didn’t even try to help to resolve the issue. The staff and the manager need to be retrained on how to be more customer friendly. I will never go...read full review
