With the increase in minimum wage and inflation your food is WAY to expensive for your employees to be leaving items out of the order. I was missing 2 sides totaling $7.50. When I called to ask about getting a refund the boy who answered the phone told me to “wait a hot sec” while he got paper to write my name down as I would have to drive 15 minutes back to the store to “possibly” get a refund. I was given the wrong order, waited outside 20+ min for a replacement sundae but refused it because they were too busy to make it, and was refused a refund because "no one here knows how". Unbelievable that I was yelled at when I asked to speak to the manager, No Mgr present. No Masks, No Gloves, and No face coverings on the people making food.
