I had a very disappointing experience at this revolving sushi restaurant. The food looked old, dried out, and unappetizing. Several items on the conveyor belt did not appear fresh, which made me question the overall food quality and cleanliness. The service was also poor. Staff were inattentive, difficult to find when we needed assistance, and did not make any effort to check on customers or improve the experience.
To make matters worse, there were no prices displayed on the sushi plates or menu items, making it impossible to know what we were being charged until the bill arrived. Customers should be able to make informed decisions before ordering or taking food from the conveyor belt.
Overall, the combination of poor food quality, terrible service, and lack of price transparency made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this restaurant unless these issues are addressed.

I get why Kura Sushi is so popular — it’s not just dinner, it’s a whole little food adventure. From the seared salmon and fresh nigiri to crispy rolls, savory bites, and that fun “what’s coming next?” moment on the conveyor belt… it keeps the meal playful without feeling rushed. 😋🎯
What I loved most was the variety. You can try a little bit of everything without committing to one giant plate — which is perfect for people like me who “want to try that dish”, just a bite or two but not the full, large portions. I’m a foodie who likes to try a little of something, but a lot of the menu😂🍱 as evidenced by the photos😉 Excellent variety, great tasting food, amazing service to include the robot that delivers drinks and servers who regularly check in with you.
Great spot for a date night, family meal, or foodie friend hangout when you want sushi plus fun… we earned 2 surprises. 🍣✨

I recently dined at this restaurant and walked away with mixed feelings, as the evening featured a incredibly wide gap in quality between the excellent dishes and the poorly executed ones. To start with the positives, the kitchen staff did a fantastic job with a large portion of our raw sushi and seafood selection. The standard items we sampled—including the Golden Crunchy roll, Skipjack tuna, Eel roll, Eel nigiri, fresh crab meat, and the Bluefin tuna—were all beautifully prepared, incredibly fresh, and completely hit the mark in terms of flavor and presentation.
Regrettably, the overall dining experience was significantly brought down by some glaring quality control and preparation errors on the remaining plates. The cooked hot appetizer was our first disappointment; the seared beef was a total letdown, arriving completely tough, rubbery, and entirely lacking any real seasoning or flavor profile. Additionally, the Caterpillar roll lacked basic precision in its physical construction. The chef rolled it much too large, making it incredibly awkward and hard to eat in a single bite without the ingredients falling out, forcing us to pick the roll apart on my plate just to consume it.
The absolute worst dish of the night, however, was the Negitoro. It was genuinely gross to taste, smelled off, and was very obviously made with expired minced tuna. We had to push that dish aside entirely. To finish the evening on a better note, we wrapped up the dinner with dessert, sampling both the cheesecake and the gooey butter cake, which provided a nice, rich, and sweet finish to the meal.
Bottom line: while the kitchen definitely needs to address a few serious execution flaws, improve their roll portioning, and stringently double-check their raw seafood freshness, the rest of the meal was quite good outside of those specific issues.
awesome food!
Great service automated
A cute place to eat! The conveyor belt and robot servers were fun. The food was fine but this is the kinda place you go for the experience.
Fun but the quality of the food isn't great.

The food is good, the service is good but it's very self-serve; price and atmosphere is okay, however it is by far one of our most favorite restaurants because it's just so much fun. It's like really great to both eat and have conveyor belt entertainment as you race to grab dishes off the rack before it vanishes. It's like eating your dinner inside a video game. For three of us we usually spend a good hundred dollars for dinner and we're pretty conservative with our spending and eating. We often go here for birthdays and other special events.

Not sure how they get all the fish on the sushi so razor thin. It is always good to know where not to go! Most of the dish holders that come around the conveyer belt were empty. The have a menu tablet that is hard to read due to glare on the plastic and the tablet is attached to the wall above the conveyer belt, making it hard to reach. I prefer to eat someplace with less gimicks and better food.

It was a nice experience, the only dislike was the cheesecake & other desserts were cold I would have preferred a little warm. Must be out the box.

Kura Sushi is an amazing experience for anyone. The wife and I love going there. Reminds of our honeymoon in Japan. If you have never tried a revolving Sushi bar, Kura is a must try! The servers are so polite and helpful. The Sushi is fresh and delicious.
