Was looking forward to a good Loco Moco close to home. Not what I got. Arrived home excited to dig in and open it up to heavily over cooked eggs and dry rice.

dark skin kid behind the register is not a good fit for customer service as he dosent know how to talk to pepole. went there yesterday when there was no customer and i was picking up my order and riched out for my recipe that was printing right in front of me when the kid came back with my food he told me i wouldn't like you toching my printer . well he got the worse experiance of his life after he told me that. as i ripped him up in front of his manager as he was just standing up doing nothing when i entered and the store floor was afull with the tooth floss on the floor

We eat here often and the food is always consistently good. You get a large portion of food especially for how expensive things are these days. Our favorites are the bbq chicken & short rib, and spam masubi. I always order 2 Mac 1 rice and husband prefers all rice with extra cabbage. The only thing I don’t like now is the new ai answering service because we usually order on the way over from the gym, but times are a changin I guess 😂. Just have to order in person now.

The food was excellent but unfortunately we couldn't eat in the restaurant. The fans were on which made the overhead lights strobe really badly so we ate in the car. I really wish they had outdoor seating. Spam musubi was delicious though.

Low wait time, but did not affect the food quality. Got chicken Katsu plate. Chicken was not dry, was not slimy and was not mostly breading. Spam musubi were thick, without too much sauce or to much rice you cannot bite. Staff was in high spirits and atmosphere is family friendly.

Love the straight forward experience.

Noticed that they had a machine to place orders, but a staff member cheerily stated that they can help and take my order instead. Order placed, cups given for drinks, and number called not too long after.

Chicken katsu was crispy, so delicious with the rice and mac salad. My kid enjoyed the spam musubi so much, we ordered another!

My kids love the chicken katsu here but my favorite pork roast with gravy was taken off the menu so now I just come so the kids can eat. Please bring back the pork roast so I can enjoy a meal with them again.

Always love the food from here, and the service is always great. The food is consistent; which is a rarity these days! It's also the simple things that make the experience better, they NEVER forget my extra sauces and I have never gotten home to an error with my order. That alone is priceless.

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I called earlier in the day to place an order for a specific pickup time. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time to get my food, they told me they hadn't made it.

Their reason was that they had tried to call me, and since I didn't answer the phone, they decided not to make the order at all. What is the point of placing an order in advance if the restaurant won't make it? This is a completely flawed process and demonstrates a total lack of customer service. I've never had this happen anywhere else. I wasted my time and will not be returning.
