Ordering from here makes me see why “lazi” is in the name. Group order. They don’t label which drink is what, they didn’t include straws, and multiple drinks were missing ingredients. Tried this place once and never again.

I ordered the Love Galoreo (pictured) and my husband ordered the cookies and cream. Both are amazing and well made. For an appetizer we decided on the Taiyaki (half stuff with Oreo, other half custard) absolutely bombbb and a good balance with the pastry and the filling.
Staff were friendly and service was quick.
(Only recommendation) With my drink I would stir it a little bit before you drink it. It’s good! You’ll get only syrup though if you don’t stir it some.
10/10, will be back!

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Lazy Cow. I ordered a boba drink for my child and shockingly found a piece of glass inside. We went back to report it, expecting concern or at least an apology — instead, the staff was completely unhelpful. The person there argued it had “never happened before” and acted like we were exaggerating. No accountability, no real apology. He gave us a replacement new glass bottle, claiming they clean and sanitize them thoroughly. But when we pointed out the dirty marks inside the new bottle, he just said “we clean the inside,” even though it was clearly still dirty. That response made it worse.
There’s clearly a lack of hygiene, professionalism, and basic customer care here. I will never go back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place — especially if you’re ordering for kids.

Pretty good boba! Love that we can get half sweet and non dairy. The staff is very friendly and hard working! The food options are versatile! The garlic fries are more like falafel fries but they’re tasty. The shop doesn’t have as much of an ambiance as some other shops so if you’re trying to go for a full experience, you might try another place. If you’re there for the food and drink only, this is a win.

I've gone to Lazi Cow only twice but the employees have been fantastic both times. I haven't had boba too many times and they took their time to explore what I liked and made suggestions. That's awesome. Thank you for the good customer experience.

I’m so confused on how they charge $10 for average/good ice cream. And they have no seating. Makes no sense to me

super tasty drinks with a ton of options! they also give you a $1 discount per drink for bringing in a reusable glass cup, which they give out for free! it's a great deal and promoted sustainability, which is awesome.
