I had a really disappointing experience with this place. I called to place an order and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient. Instead of helping me or answering a simple question, he acted annoyed and rushed , making the whole interaction uncomfortable. I ended up not even placing the order because the attitude was so unprofessional. I really expected better customer service. I won't be returning anytime soon unless things improve.

Came in later in the evening to try something new and had the best experience. The staff was so kind and helped me pick the perfect drink. Kindness truly goes a long way, and the drinks and menu were amazing. Definitely returning!

The chai options are wonderful and the samosas and beef patties things are really good! As well as the muffin tops(espresso) are my fav food items. The iced coffee specials I have had were too sweet for me and the cappuccino was a little burnt and too milky for my flavor. Oh but the affagato is amazing 😍 classic with vanilla or cookies and cream ice cream 😋 The iced energy drinks are good and the atmosphere is great! Warm, inviting and they have swing bench tables! I love them ☺️ Great place to do laptop work 👍

FYI they are rebranding to The Bean Roasting Company. Very cute independent coffee shop. They roast their own beans. The passion berry fruit iced tea is the best my wife has ever had. They do pour over coffee that's not bitter like other shops I've been to. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with the swing seating and outdoor tables. It is definitely our new coffee shop. See the photos for a list of other items they offer. Conveniently located right off the freeway.
OMG! This place is awesome! Love the inside, staff is so friendly and caring. The food and coffee is great! I have spread the word about them, you won't be disappointed. I love being able to support a local business also.

Coffee and tea had decent flavor but too much milk and sweetness. Pretty much tasted like only milk. Tea was watered down as well. Pastries were good! Got a muffin top and bearclaw.

Tried Nicks a few weeks ago and keep coming back Very good coffee prepared while I wait I only drink coffee with no added ingredients so the coffee flavor is what I like Friendly and nice atmosphere Convenient just off the street I have had a taste of since cream from a local provider and it is really good
