Why place a mobile order 20 minutes before you get there only to have to wait another 10 minutes to get 2 bagels?
First time here. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the lady that took my order was polite and the bagel was actually good. They confused my order with another customer then made me feel like it was my fault. Ordered an iced drink that they forgot to make and seemed troubled when I asked for it. Then I receive a hot drink. Told them to keep it. I’ll eat the $6 as a lesson. I’m sure there are other bagel shops around that actually want your business. Very disappointed...read full review
no matter how much we pay for extra cream cheese, it's never enough for my daughter. I'll never go back! I'm over it after dozens of attempts to get the bagel I PAID for! I'm not paying almost $5 for bread!
