They have been dropping the ball lately. Cakes still delicious, we love them! But they make ridiculous mistakes with decorations. I ordered mine online with clear instructions to place BASKETBALL Cupcake decor… it even said it on the printed receipt I got at the store, but as soon as I open the box it had baseball decor instead. Can they read the order out loud before making it? Now I have to drive back there to get the decor I paid for 2 hours before the event I have to go...

I left instructions to ring the doorbell and wait a moment for my 80 yr old parents to answer the door and not to leave the perishable cake on the doorstep. Instead the delivery driver ignored the request, dropped the cake off outside and left. While I enjoy the cakes I will never order delivery again as this was unacceptable. So disappointing! The company says they have no control over the third party delivery service (Uber) but yes they do. They choose who delivers your order....
