Past few times they have forgotten to add a few things we have ordered. Not big deal but had to turn around once I checked the bag. Now make a habit of checking what we get before I leave.

Maybe new manager or something but definitely improved over 6 months.

While waiting in line a customer in front of me became extremely loud. She didn't want an item due to sauce being unavailable. The staff immediately offered to replace the item. She made her choice and then complained because what she decided on was being made. The staff was very patient offered to make another substitution, double checked the order to ensure it was correct and never lost their composure although the customer kept complaining. I've been there several times now. Food is good but sometimes you're made to wait up to 5 minutes while they cook more. Seems like they would start cooking more sooner when they see their products being sold so quickly instead of making 4 to 6 customers at a time stand off in a corner waiting for the food they want.
