2weeks in a row I pay extra for cream cheese frosting and they do not give it to us.. a week before that they give us the wrong salad. who wants to drive all the way back t fix it? should be right the first time.. they need to do bette. loyal customer, that's our friday dinner every week. it's to much now with them messing the order up every week. will need to find new Friday night dinner routin.

this is a reflection on the blue oaks franchise location. when they first opened we tried them twice and each time the order was wrong. now after several months going to another franchise location I tried it again. one of the pizzas wasnt even close to what I ordered. how do you take a pizza that has sausage and olives ordered an you get a plain cheese pizza. I will drive the extra mile forever before going back to this location even though it's only 1 mile from my home

I walked into store at 7:45 Pm and was promptly turned away being they were already closing and couldn't help me.Advertised hours are open til 8 pm and so am not impressed AT ALL! No restaurant with minimum customer service should ever turn away customers during advertised hours.She had obviously already started packing ingredients, etc away before I arrived.Otherwise they make really good pizza. Doesn't matter much with bad customer service. Too bad.

The customer in front of me was there to pick up an online order. He was handed a stack of maybe 5 extra large pizzas and a couple of containers of something else. He said he had ordered meatballs. The kid behind the counter checked his receipt and said they were not on the order. The customer then asked where the three sides of garlic butter were and the kid again checked the receipt but did not say anything. Both the customer and the kid appeared to be getting a bit flustered. the kid then walked over to another kid behind the counter whose name badge on his hat I think said, Brendan. Brendan walked over to the customer and asked "What is the problem?" The customer explained that he thought he had ordered some meatballs and three sides of garlic butter. Brendan said they were not on the receipt and showed the customer. He then said about the garlic butter, "I can give you some." Further dialog took place and as the customer was getting ready to leave, I suggested to Brendan that he needed to give the man some garlic butter, that it would be the "customer service thing to do." Brendan then told me "He didn't pay for them." I guess Brendan had forgotten that he had already offered. I get that the customer didn't pay for extra butter, but given that he spent a pile of money on 5 pizzas and other stuff, I would think a few extra sides of butter would just be common courtesy. Basic customer service is a lost art.

Tuesday Papa Murphy's SpecialsNot to be confused with Papa John's, Papa Murphy's is the take & bake pizza. I ordered pizza here for the first time, we've never tried Papa Murphy's pizza before. This location was on the way home from my work so it was convenient. I stopped by on a Tuesday and on Tuesdays they offer a special where you can get a large Papa Murphy's pizza for $12.99. We tried the Chicken Bacon Artichoke and the instructions were to bake for 12-18 mins @ 425°. Not too bad at all and tasted flavorful with the fresh ingredients. We enjoyed it and kids approved.The staff were helpful and they prepared my order pretty fast. I didn't have to wait long. We will be trying other specials or maybe even create our own. They also offer salads and sides and even dessert and drinks.Review #2911

Apparently dairy free means no sauce, not vegan option. Got a pan vegitarian pizza without sauce and the dough was crunchy which is not how pan crust is meant to be. Sure it was made in a deep metal pan but the crust was tihim and crisp not thick and buttery and without sauce it was terrible. To top it off I paid extra for non dairy. They charge more for giving u less. I figure if the charge extra ot was bc they have vegan sauce. I do not recommend dairy free in gormet veggie or pan crust.

The secret to getting an awesome pizza is to order it online right when this place opens because the lady manager is the one getting the store ready and making pizzas for the early orders. The kids that work there seem to make the pizza with less ingredients than the manager. I've been coming here for years and they recently opened one closer to me on Blue Oaks and owned by the same owner. I'm willing to drive to this location because of her. You can get coupons online and get on their email list to get discounts. I just received a 40% off of a minimum 15.00 purchase and that's a steal. When I get larger discount coupons, I will buy extra pizzas to have on hand. The air fryer is your friend when re-heating pizzas, crispy crust and sizzling toppings. I did see negative reviews for this place, but it's the kids that work there that makes it unpleasant sometimes. I've never had a bad experience other than pizzas made with very little ingredient. Hope this helps you Yelpers make a better decision when to buy a take and bake.

We often order our pizza here and never had a problem. This is the first time I have seen huge bubbles on a pizza. I'm just wondering how this pizza formed bubbled. We ordered two pizza and both had huge bubbles. I'm still giving them 4 star since we never had any issues. I'm just curious about the bubbles.
