We try to spoon it on, you try to pick it up. Just enough our freshly made chili topped with fresh shredded cheddar cheese and onions all on top of a Parker's "all beef" hot dog.
Western PU Chili Dogs
Just enough of our freshly made chili to pick this baby up with BBQ Sauce, fresh shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion and 2 strips of bacon on top of our Parker's "all beef" hot dog.
Western Regular Chili Dog
We start with our Parker's "all beef" hot dog add some bacon along with bbq sauce then top it off with one scoop or approximately 8 ounces of our freshly made chili, fresh grated cheddar cheese and dices onions.
Western Platter Chili Dog
This thing is huge! Lets start with Parker's "all beef" hot dog. Add some bacon and bbq sauce and top all that with 2 scoops or approximately a pound of our freshly made chili, freshly grated cheddar cheese and diced onions. Add an additional hot dog and you've got a meal for two people.

They got good turkey dogs anyway you want them. Best place for a non beef hotdog, I recommend the Chicago turkey dog, or my go-to cheese turkey dog. I heard they even got soy dogs, must try next time I am going soon.

Hidden Gem. My grandmother is visiting from Texas and recommended we stop at Parkers for lunch. She said she loves their Chili cheese dog and couldn't leave the area without stopping in.
Service was excellent, atmosphere made me feel like I was being transported to a quaint beach town in the 70's. I had so many questions about how this establishment came to be. It's not often that the atmosphere alone can invigorate one's curiosity. All of these factors,...

When I need a fix for the best hot dog in Placer County. Look no further than Parkers. I have been eating here for years. It is delicious. Every item on the menu is a Weiner and a winner. So excellent! The staff is awesome. They work so hard to make a beautiful dog.
