Terrible and frustrating location Their customer service was so disappointing and unsatisfactory. I will never give them business from here on out. I had ordered a pick-up order online and went to pick up a tad early due to a change in schedule. Although I showed proof of order, my bank statement, and requested store credit over money, they refused to refund order or to fulfill it. Not only was no flexibility or understanding shown, but the conversation was condescending and rude. When I requested the manager, the interaction was even worse. There is no consideration for customer satisfaction whatsoever. What's worse is this is not a one off experience. I witnessed other customers having terrible interactions as well The customer beside me went to pay for herself and baby sibling. When stating her mom only gave her a $100, they immediately said, "I can't break that", and offered no solution. They even tried to stop the baby from eating their yogurt The customer said, I think I have enough to pay for one then cause she was short $2 for the entire order. Again, no kindness or flexibility to offer solutions. Cold and unpleasant I am beyond appalled and of course I paid for their order! Come on, over $2 ??! Never. Ever going here again.

This one is located inside the Galleria Mall. It's in the middle of the mall by JC Penny's. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful. My daughter wanted the Barbie Land Berry Pink (a Blend of Strawberry and Dragon Fruit flavored frozen yogurt topped with Dream Sprinkles). They were missing the pink sprinkles. My daughter also wanted strawberry popping boba, sprinkles and gummy bears. The flavor was yummy! But kinda pricey ($8) for a small frozen yogurt.

The service at this Pinkberry is impeccable! I lost my Pinkberry card and forgot my username, but Sara(?) at the register was able to search me up by number and give me my card number so I could redeem my birthday yogurt! I hopped in line just to ask and once she confirmed my account, she let me get back in line to fulfill my order. We asked the man at the serving station if we could sample the seasonal "lava swirl" (pina colada & strawberry) flavor but he said samples aren't allowed. HOWEVER, he did give us a little swirl in our cup so we could try it anyway! Everyone was super nice and would love to visit them again next time I'm at the mall!

Great frozen yogurt but customer service is bad and it's not just one time, I get their yogurt with my kids everytime we go to the mall and every single time it's the same. There's like 2 same ladies with mad, frowny faces with no customer service whatsoever. Definitely need to pick up their game

I love froyo but can't remember the last time I had pinkberry. I was in the mood for a healthy and fruity snack, and this hit the spot. I ordered the tropical mango and pomegranate. The pomegranate by far was the superior one, and I wished I would have gotten more in my cup. I appreciate this being offered after a long day of shopping.
I love Pinkberry so I was bummed that they closed all their locations in the DC area. When I saw they had Pinkberry in Roseville I had to come check it out. This Pinkberry is located in a mall. I got a medium with half original and half pomegranate and also a small with chocolate/hazelnut. The original flavor is really crisp and refreshing, which is my favorite flavor but the pomegranate flavor is also good. The pomegranate is more tangy than the original. The chocolate/hazelnut flavor is good also but I prefer the original/fruit flavors. I thought the service here was good and would come back if I'm in the area.

Kinda weird that they limit how many toppings you can add. I was told they were only allowed to give 3 toppings... however I've been here before and this is the first time I've been told this and why not tell customers they have a 3 topping only "policy" before hand.

The yogurt was good, all 4 spoonfuls of it anyway. $4.39 for a small, no toppings and a pretty much empty bowl..... what a rip off. I love Pink Berry but will NEVER go back to this location.
