The service at this Pinkberry is impeccable! I lost my Pinkberry card and forgot my username, but Sara(?) at the register was able to search me up by number and give me my card number so I could redeem my birthday yogurt! I hopped in line just to ask and once she confirmed my account, she let me get back in line to fulfill my order. Great frozen yogurt but customer service is bad and it's not just one time, I get their yogurt with my kids everytime we go to the mall and every single time it's the same. There's like 2 same ladies with mad, frowny faces with no customer service whatsoever. Definitely need to pick up their game

This one is located inside the Galleria Mall. It's in the middle of the mall by JC Penny's. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful. My daughter wanted the Barbie Land Berry Pink (a Blend of Strawberry and Dragon Fruit flavored frozen yogurt topped with Dream Sprinkles). They were missing the pink sprinkles. My daughter also wanted strawberry popping boba, sprinkles and gummy bears. The flavor was yummy! But kinda pricey ($8) for a small frozen yogurt.
