Ordered a 10 piece. Trying to feed a family of 4. I get home and noticed that 2 pieces had ripped off pieces and they gave me 6 wings out of the 10 pieces. Horrible meal and lacked variety of pieces… with no thighs or drumsticks at all. Got played bad and wasted $30+

This place is amazing. Great service and the food is fantastic. The guys who are running the front counter are doing an excellent job. The manager is on top of the production line and running every thing smoothly. Will definitely be back for my favorite chicken sandwich. Yum yum yum. Keep up the good work! You all deserve a raise!

Ordered online for drive-thru pickup. I arrived and drive up only to be told to park in the curbside pickup. The parking lot here is weird and you may find yourself in an awkward position to get to the waiting lot. Waited 10 minutes. 4 cars already went thru. Moral of the story, don't do online ordering with Popeye as they don't really get your order ready. You end up waiting a long time. It's stupid! I have to remind myself never to order online with Popeyes. Another car park next to me. I guess another online ordering fiasco. I feel bad for her but we are on the same boat now... 15 minutes... and my order is still not ready. ???

Chicken wings are HOT batter, extremely small and dry. Smallest wings I have ever had. The sauces provided were incorrect. Prices are WAY TOO HIGH for what you get. Wont go back.

How hard is it to hire someone that can count to 12 or up to 20. I ordered 2 orders of 12 chicken wings and I got charged for two orders however I got two orders one with 7 and one with 6. My mistake was using the drive through where I cannot check an order before I drive 20 minutes home. I think maybe they are not hiring people that can count or maybe they are just lazy and cannot do a simple job like count items. I constantly get missing chicken sandwiches or missing chicken, If you are broke and on the verge of being bankrupt charge a little more but give people what they pay for. I would not be so mad if this was not a constant thing. If KFC makes spicy chicken y'all are done with.
