This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Roseville. We've been going here for years. They have fabulous carnitas, and we almost always order the carnitas plate. Very tasty! However, this time I decided to branch out and try the Molcajete. Now I have a problem - I don't know which is my favorite! You have a choice of protein (fish, shrimp, carnitas, and others). I usually order and recommend the Mocajete but since I was there for lunch, I tried the Carne Asada fries -- it was awesome! Probably the best tasting fries/nacho type dish I've had at a restaurant! Chips and salsa were super fresh and the cilantro dressing is always a winner!

Frankly we miss the other place- more classy and intimate- but the food hasn’t suffered… two enchiladas with the chipotle sauce- take my advice- mmmm Nachos- scrumptious- their chicken is magic.
