If I could leave zero stars I would... Absolutely horrible customer service all the way around at that store! I've been a long time business member and time and time again I get terrible customer service at this location. Employee Ornella is extremely rude and was the final straw for me. They have lost a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars monthly.

Battery department is a joke. They talk smack about shops they know nothing about and say a shop that has tested the battery does not know what they are doing. YOU WORK AT SAM'S CLUB! No shop will have you!! What kind of techs are you?? Answer: you are not. You are battery and tire installers- ha. They are unable to load test a battery properly so, if the battery has 12 volts it is good to them. Hello??? What battery school did you go to?? Bunch of idiots that berate the customer and a completely reputable shop. They should be trained in customer service. They would not stand behind their warranty and said I lose ALL my warranty because they are inept. Last time I will be purchasing from here.

I had to get two full sets of Michelin tires installed on both of my vehicles about a week apart from each other in April 2021. One set of tires I was able to order online, the other set of tires I needed to come into the store and order because it was showing that they were not available online. The staff working in the tire Center was professional over the phone as well as in person. Both sets of tires arrived to the store within 3 to 5 days of placing the order. Both tire install appointments took between 60 to 90 minutes, and my appointments were at 8 AM and 9 AM. The price on these tires we're very fair because I was able to get an additional discount through Sam's Club and being a plus member. One staff member that stood out above the rest with my recent experiences at the tire center was Johnny! He was very friendly, accommodating, and made it clear that his ultimate goal was that I had a good experience. I hope Johnny gets recognized within the department. So far so good, I love my new tires. They are smooth and seem to be quieter than the old tires on both vehicles. I chose Sam's Club over Les Schwab and Diacount Tire because of price, convenience and confidence in Michelin tires (the product). They will rotate for free every 6,000 miles, you can shop while you wait, they will fix flats, install batteries and more.

Do not like the gas attendant, older gentleman. I ran out of gas and had to nearly push my car to the pump, had to pull in backwards, I know it's the wrong way, but I had to do it before I ran out. The guy yelled at me because I was backwards, I said sorry, I'm was about to run out of gas I barely made it. He replied doesn't matter in a rude tone. So rude!

I have been a member of Sam's club since 1991, and I have tolerated a considerable amount disrespectful Sam's club workers. On April 2, 2021 at approximately 8:30 am, while shopping at the Roseville Sam's Club #6621 I was going through the self-checkout register with six small items and a case of bottled water in my cart. As I was began to scan the items in my cart, a worker ordered me to place the scanned items in a separate cart or I could go to the regular checkout register if the bottled water was too heavy for me to lift. Why would Sam's club management train their employees to make customers shopping experience more difficult? Why not offer the customers a choice to use a separate cart if it would ease their checkout process? Sadly, my membership does not expire until June this year so I will be using the curbside pick-up until then. This should minimize exposure to rude Sam's club employees.

I have been coming to Sam's Club since I was a child(when I used to go with my mom). I remember I used to go straight to the books and hang out there until my mom was done shopping. Sam's Club focuses on providing members with exclusive savings and quality merchandise, as well as free shipping on many items, savings on fuel, prescriptions and more. You do need a membership to shop here. Those run about $45/year(at the moment). As you enter the store, you do need to flash your card at the employee that greets you. You ALWAYS want to grab a large shopping cart. Sam's Club has many choices to choose from; electronics, office, home, furniture, auto, patio and garden supplies, children's accessories, grocery, pet supplies, health and beauty, jewelry, toys, and sporting goods. It's a convenient way of shopping for groceries because most items come in bulk. My favorite seasoning to buy here is Chili-O. I use it when I'm making tacos, mostly, and they usually have it in stock about once a year. I haven't seen it for a few years, but it is available online. I was told I could request for it to be ordered for in store, but it has never happened when I did the request. I like buying my produce in bulk here because it encourages me to try to eat all the produce before it goes past expiration. There is sushi prepared as well as meal kits near the meat department. Fettuccine alfredo, meatloaf, enchiladas... Sam's Club is the best place to buy cooked rotisserie chicken for under $5. All & all, I am a fan of Sam's Club... I feel comfortable spending a lot of time here, shopping their unique selections and brand knowing I am coming home with quality

I joined Sam's Club, because of a deal I got on Groupon. I'm glad I did. The selection and prices in the store and the prices at the gas pump are comparable to Costco over on Stanford Ranch Road, but Sam's has several advantages. Sam's does curbside pickup, Costco does not. You just log in to the webpage and set a pickup date and time. You can usually get a pickup date on the next day or so. You just select what you want to buy, you'll get a notification when it's ready to be picked up, and then you drive down and they load it into your car for you. No fuss, no muss, no contact. If you want to shop inside the warehouse, the prices and selections are good, the warehouse is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. When it comes to checking out, again, Sam's has the advantage. You can do the standard check out, They have a self check out, or for even more convenience, you can shop via the Sam's app on your phone. You scan the item's barcode on your phone as you put it in your cart. When you are ready to check out, you just go hit the "check out" button on your app, and pay right over the phone. You then show the phone as you exit the store. You don't even *have* to go through the check out. Again, all Costco has is the standard check out lines, which are going to be mobbed at busy times. I like Sam's. I'll stay as a customer.

Reading some of these reviews, I think people have to realize that Sam's promotes a lot of people from Walmart so you are bound to get that level of service sometimes. We primarily use Sam's for their pharmacy--their staff/pharmacy techs/pharmacists are really great. While we are there we may pick up a grocery item or two, however we made the mistake of buying the Sam's brand milk during the beginning of the pandemic and won't be purchasing that again. The milk went extremely bad well before the expiration date. Costco's organic milk never has that problem. The tire department is great. We once rolled in with a nail in our tire and they had us in and out in 20 minutes. We had purchased those tires from them but apparently they will do these repairs for members no matter where you bought them. They'll also do free rotations and balancing. Their gas station is very competitive with Costco's pricing without all the rush. The Sam's MasterCard will also give back 5% on gas while Costco's Visa only does 3%. Admittedly it has been a while since I've visited the gas station as I now own an EV.

Have been a "Business" card member of Sam's Club for 20 years...loved the ability to shop at 7am. Went to Sam's this morning and was turned away at the door with the explanation that you can only shop early if you are a "prime" member (not sure what they call their higher priced membership). So....if you spend more money you get to shop early. This was news to us - we even renewed our membership about a month ago and was not told about this change in policy. Unacceptable!!! We promptly entered the store and cancelled our membership on the spot. As we were leaving a couple of other people were being turned away at the door because they didn't pay the additional membership fee. Will never shop at Sam's Club again!! Shop at Costco!!!

5 stars for the cake, minus 1 for the sagging top layer. Minus another star for the missing yellow piping design we had to have them add to mirror their Sams club picture. This cake was $70! Last year we got the same cake and it was $49... big increase for a cake that's falling apart

Super professional, helpful, polite employees. Everybody who works there is great, and have almost everything you need.

Been a member since before Walmart bought out Pace almost 30 years ago. May not renew next year, as practically everything is now Member's Mark branded. If I wanted that, I would go to Walmart next door. I want name brand stuff in bulk packaging. The MM "Tums" are so hard they could break a tooth! Very disappointed. Corporate, are you listening?
