Finally, a cupcake that I actually like! I have NEVER been a fan of cupcakes - usually too dry and tasteless, with frosting that is too sweet. We stopped, just on a whim, and it was a fabulous surprise! First the chocolate marshmallow - moist and fudgy, with perfect marshmallow topping and filling ... just the right amount of sweet!
