So fun watching the talented chefs. I should have ordered something from the griddle. I opted for the chicken teriyaki bento box. Weird teriyaki sauce and overcooked chicken..but my dogs liked it.
We had our birthday dinners there. The food was very fresh and our table chef, Michael, was excellent. I enjoyed their Japanese beer on tap. The Vietnamese lady host was very nice and enjoyed my discussion with her on Vietnam.
This was a great Teppanyaki restaurant. It was clean, cool, and had amazing food. Our chef was really skilled and the owners were so nice, generous, and on top of what's going on.
