gave the complete opposite of what i asked for. i asked for a pumpkin spice latte and they gave me mocha with no pumpkin and whip cream on top and i also asked for iced and got hot. service was not the best workers weren’t nice.

We understand is awfull jand exhausting job although don't look for customer service job then . The 2 entry level girls were so mean and rude . They make signals between each other about the amount of tip the customer gave them, like is customer responsability pay them for the bad attitude... that has to be change the tip has to be EARNED.

The Starbucks in the Galleria mall told me that I had to make a purchase to get an ice water. I get an ice water at every Starbucks we go to without making purchases. I think this is crap. By the way I do often make purchases but occasionally, I just have to have the water.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. I found an eyelash in my drink — which is both disgusting and unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and staff practices. I expected much higher standards from such a well-known brand. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this location, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

I love Starbucks, and i literally get it almost every day, the amount of money I already spent on these drinks is insane. However the baristas from this mall have a terrible service and they are super rude, I asked for a water and they were literally charging me for it. When the barista clearly knew I already had ordered something, she made me order another $6 dollar drink. Her attitude was ridiculous, I am not coming back, and I couldn’t forget the other times I ordered strawberry acais and they would hand me the drink with 2 berries on it. Today was my last day getting Starbucks here. Thanks to the terrible barista’s job. She had short hair, the ends of her hair are blonde but her roots are black, she is a little chubby and super rude.
