“I ordered Wingstop through the app and doordash was the delivery service. Our Dasher was over 45 minutes late and the food was cold and he also left half of our order at the store. I contacted this Wingstop directly and the manager I spoke to was incredibly professional and nice and offered to completely remake and resend my order. The manager took accountability when it was doordash fault and I'm incredibly grateful for and impressed by that. Definitely going to be a return customer.“
“This was my first time at a Wingstop. Food was great and surprisingly affordable. But the best part was the service. Kai, the employee working the front, was really delightful and made the experience 10x better. Even if the food was awful (which it wasn't, it was delicious) I still would've been happy to spend my money there because of Kai's service.“
