Delicious breads and cakes~
This bakery is amazing! They were extremely nice and the cake was 100000000% delicious! 🍰✨ 10000% recommend
Mini mixed berry vanilla chiffon cake was very fresh, fluffy, and not too sweet. They have a very wide variety of Korean breads, with flavors like sweet potato, injeolmi, etc. Seems like a nice mom and pop shop!

Bleu Bakery is a Korean-owned mom-and-pop style bakery located in the Greenland Market Strip Mall Plaza off the corner of Colima and Nogales, with a huge parking lot so parking won’t be an issue. It is a hidden gem with a cozy charm that reminds of paris baguette but at a much more affordable price. It mainly sells bread, some cakes, and a few coffee, and has a nice little seating area, though most people buy bags and bags of pastries to go.
The bakery offers a very wide variety of Korean breads, with flavors like sweet potato, injeolmi, etc. The Mini mixed berry vanilla chiffon cake was very fresh, fluffy, and not too sweet, and the mixed berry mini cake is perfect for a few people. The cornbread was moist and flavorful, the homemade macaroni tasted fresh and comforting, and the macarons were beautiful and soft, with delicate shells and a lovely chewy center. The strawberry and cotton-candy macaron, the watermelon flavor, and the pistachio with a nutty center were all lovely. The ube buns with filling were really good, filled with red bean fillings, and not too sweet. Prices are reasonable. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, even offering samples of the bread, and the staff were friendly.
