✨Matcha Red Bean Mochi Coconut: GET THIS! My palletes were dancing with joy. You get so many flavors and texture. The first is the coconut jelly. It’s more of a tofu texture and melts into your mouth as soon as you take a bite. Then when you reach the red beans, you get a wholesome flavor of home (for those who grew up eating red bean desserts). Then you get to the bottom layer which is the mochi!
