Taste :4.8/5 Environment: 4.4/5 Service:4.2/5 I wish I know this place earlier ! The food is really savory and authentic It’ located in the busy Mandarin Plaza. Parking is a bit challenge during dining session. MUST TRY Egg roll …outer is crunchy but the inner stuffed ingredients taste a bit different from the other place. I wish my tongue can tell me what’s the secret receipt inside :p Popular choice other than PHO #17 Banh Canh Toma Cua Vietnam style Udon noodle soup is very special ! If you like bit chewy style Inside the soup are pork leg & Shredded crab and shrimp balls! #34 Griled pork & shrimp Vermicelli Grilled pork stay smokey and tender taste .they did the great job to control the heat They offers some interesting choices on the menus . I need to explore it again and check in here later !!

Local Vietnamese eatery with some of the best fried egg rolls I’ve ever had. My sister swore by the egg rolls, so the fam came here on a Sunday for dinner around 6pm and got seated immediately. They’re open during covid for indoor dining (no outdoor options) as well as pick-up/delivery via the usual suspects. They take credit cards, and parking is available in the lot. The place had a steady stream of customers and all the tables were occupied while we were there. Masks are required. Going back to the egg rolls (cha gio on the menu), they come piping hot and you wrap them with lettuce and can dip them in fish sauce. There’s five to an order, and you HAVE to get them. For the pho, they’re only currently serving the large size. The broth is aromatic and holds well for leftovers. I got the bun bo hue which came with a super generous amount of meat. The broth wasn’t that spicy, but it was certainly savory and tasty. There are other dishes available if you don’t want pho, but there are plenty of soup options so I’d definitely coming here for a comfort meal or on a cold / rainy day to warm the soul.

One of the best pho in town so far. I literally just try to get hot soup in this cold weather, so Pho Pro is nearby the Starbucks that i went to in the same plaza. I got Bun Bo Hue ( spicy beef noodle) and some of egg rolls. The bbh itself is really flavorful with tons of briskets and tendons. Also, it has pork knuckle

This place has delicious food and awesome customer service. I ordered the Friday special: Cornish Han with Tomato Rice and my mom got the noodle. We were short with our change and the lady with the glasses was super kind and we appreciate that!! Come check this place out!!

Located next to the restroom hallway in the hong kong plaza. This place is okay. Not bad. Just a regular pho restaurant. I ordered pho tai gan. It came in a regular sized bowl. Cutely shaped. The broth was ok...nothing special. The only thing that annoyed me about this restaurant is that the employees walk around you when you are eating and they stare at you eat. I understand if you are worried that your customers won't like your food, but don't stare at them while they are eating. That's rude and uncomfortable....a little creepy too. Overall, average price and portion, but I probably won't be back.

First of all, don't mistake this one with other Pho restaurants opened in Rowland Heights with similar name. This one is located right inside of Hong Kong Plaza. it was a fine day until I came to this restaurant. Before I go on, if you are reading this, I want to remind you please make sure next time you go into a new restaurant, think again. Restaurant reviews help! We ran out of ideas where to eat and saw its banner so we just walked in. According to the waitress, the restaurant has been opened for a week. The waitress was nice and polite. From the lady, we found out the owner of this business is also the owner of another shop inside of Hong Kong Plaza. We went ahead and order two drinks ($1.35 extra with Entree), extra large bowl of Pho noodles and one plate of their broken rice dish. According to the lady, that's supposed to be their specialty. The drinks came out. Oops, forgot to ask to put less ice on the drink. We started digging up all the ice cube and 1/3 of the drink left without the ice. The red beans in my drink tasted like I was chewing gum. The bean sprout etc usually delivered on a separated plate came and the amount was just ridiculous. I can almost count how many bean sprout on the plate. That's not a good sign I thought to myself. The Pho noodle came and I couldn't believe my eyes. The bowl was like the typical regular size from other Pho places I have been to and all I saw was just soup. I will stop here to complain about the amount of noodles and meat as I am sure you know where I am going. What about the taste? I think it was below average in Rowland Heights. The broken rice plate came. I thought it was ok but nothing impressive. I ate something that looked like some rolls and I thought that was some new stuff I had never tried until I looked at again on the menu that was supposed to be the common egg rolls. If you are interested, just check out the pictures I am about to post. Overall, that was very disappointing experience and for sure we will not come back again. The owner came over and asked how the food was. For a second, I was pleased because I thought they wanted to improve and I truly believed they deserve the chance. So, we told him the Pho noodle soup was too small and before we finished, he cut us off saying "that was the extra large already." with some attitude. Hello, of course I knew it was supposed to be extra large. After he said that with that voice and attitude, we knew it was just a waste of time. We just left and got back in the car. Then we realized they didn't give us the 20% discount as advertised on their sign. So I walked in and told him about it, the owner just said the discount was only for customers with membership. I walked right out and took a picture of the sign clearly not mentioning anything about that. (I will post that picture as well) I showed him the picture on my phone and he stared at it for a few seconds and responded: "so what do you want?" Wow, way to start a business this way. I didn't say a word and just turned around and left. If the business lasts more than 6 months, I would be surprised.
