Local Vietnamese eatery with some of the best fried egg rolls I’ve ever had. My sister swore by the egg rolls, so the fam came here on a Sunday for dinner around 6pm and got seated immediately. They’re open during covid for indoor dining (no outdoor options) as well as pick-up/delivery via the usual suspects. They take credit cards, and parking is available in the lot. One of the best pho in town so far. I literally just try to get hot soup in this cold weather, so Pho Pro is nearby the Starbucks that i went to in the same plaza. I got Bun Bo Hue ( spicy beef noodle) and some of egg rolls. The bbh itself is really flavorful with tons of briskets and tendons. Also, it has pork knuckle
