About Chengdu Taste

Chengdu Taste offers a diverse menu with mixed reviews. Customers enjoy dishes like deep-fried chicken cubes, sautéed string beans, and spicy eggplant, finding them delicious. The lamb and cumin are highly praised as some of the best options. The service is described as fast, attentive, and friendly, with a QR code at each table that links to the online menu, making ordering convenient and accurate. The restaurant is located in a typical Chinese American strip mall with a clean and ethnic feel. Portions are generous, and prices are affordable. Some dishes, like the fish in peppercorn sauce, are very flavorful and spicy, while the prawns with chili are hot, plump, and juicy. The green beans with ground beef are tasty but not vegan. The Dandan noodles have been reported as too salty, and the 土雞 dish as overly oily, but overall, the experience is positive.

The dishes still taste the same as before, there were very little changes to the flavor. I still personally recommend trying!
This has been one of our family’s go-to Sichuan restaurants for a long time. We’ve been here many times, and the food is always consistently delicious!

Everything is flavorful and authentic without being overly salty or overwhelmingly spicy. The spice level and seasoning are always just right. The spicy dishes have a great kick and lots of flavor, but you can still enjoy the taste of all the ingredients.

Really enjoyed our meal at Chengdu Taste! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and had that authentic Sichuan kick. The fish was tender and delicious, and the spicy dishes had great flavor without just being spicy. Portions were generous and everything came out fresh. Definitely a great spot if you’re craving Sichuan food. Would come back again!
