First I'll rate the pizza: YUM! It doesn't taste anything like Little Caesar's or Fast 5 or any of the other reliable ol cheap pizza. It's very unique. My kids, who are normally picky eaters, and don't ever eat more than a slice or two at a time, ATE TWO BOXES!!!! lol

AND HALAL!!!!!! 🥹 I haven't had a pepperoni pizza in years because I don't eat pork, so I was already excited about that, then I found out that EVERY menu item is halal 🥹🥹🥹 so we got the Hawaiian as well for round two!! 😋

It was clean, fresh, and welcoming.

We were treated like family, I genuinely felt like we were visiting a relative and enjoying a yummy meal at the same time.

We will DEFINITELY be back. 🥰“

“I have been looking for New York pizza style in SoCal, and I think I found it. Will update soon after a couple of tastes, but so far it is close to a 4.7 as you can be. The owner is a great guy, quality pizza with thin crust. Location is bit shady but hey who cares when you're getting great food. I did pick up and was great.“

“I have been passing this place for years and finally went in and have to say its a must stop. We tried the chipotle pasta and the pizza and they both were full of flavor and tasted soo fresh, even the jalapeño poppers were perfect didn't taste frozen. The prices are not bad you get a good portion and its so delicious. The family that owns it has it down to even the service Orlando is a young gentleman in the making and his sister was just as great I forget her name, but both on top of everything and polite. Trust me you will go back I know we are :)“

“As a treat for my team at work, I got them some pizza. Original idea, right!? When I tell you that my team has not stopped raving about this pizza since, I’m not exaggerating.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a slice that night and had to go back another day to ease the curiosity. My employees weren’t lying at all! Sooooo good. You know those pizza commercials with the cheese that melts perfectly? This is that, but in real life.

You can have taco specials on Tuesdays, and beef ribs on Thursdays. Comes with corn, potato, and cornbread made by Monica. Might not be able to finish it all. They have excellent breakfasts, hamburgers, pizza, and deserts, also. Don't miss any opportunity to enjoy this local hangout.“

“The grinder ring party was amazing! Ive had many sandwiches from different places and this place by far had the BEST one Ive ever had! the bread was soft and even the next day it was fresh and delicious! I dont live near by but would gladly go out of my way 50 miles for a sandwich!“

“I've been coming to Surfer Joe's since I was a kid, but once I became an adult and their new location is in the same city as my office, I get to enjoy their food for lunch much more often. Their Submarine Sandwich is by far my favorite item on the menu. The bread totally different from most sandwich breads which makes it SO GOOD! If you haven't had a chance to come here for lunch or dinner, you need to make room for their delicious food. Plus the service is great as well. Hard to beat Surfer Joe's when you want a quick but delicious lunch. I highly recommend.“

“As good as the food is here, its truly the service that won me over and has made this specific MOD a weekly spot for me. I come once a week for my lunch treat, and since day one the team on site made sure to remember my name and order. The Manager Mica , and team members Cindy and Sammy (Hope I spelled those right), are always super friendly, and attentive. I go during lunch and it goes from ghost town to super busy really quickly. Yet they always provide a top notch experience. On one occasion a lady was being vocally and visibly rude as she wasnt happy about the line, but thee MOD team handled it like absolute pros. Continously apologizing to her for the wait, while clearly pushing double time on orders, and not letting her rudeness break their great attitudes. This spot has won me over for sure!“

“I get the combo plate, chow me in & orange chicken. I love it. The ladies are always so pleasant with me, but not just me. As I wait at times I see their interaction with others & they’re so friendly & PATIENT. I get an enormous amount in my serving. I just love their food. I guess to each their own when it comes to likes & dislikes. Far better than the orange chicken I was getting at Staters. It’s my go to place for Chinese food.“

“I'm here watching games all the time the staff are amazing hard working and enforce the rules I can relate being retired Army and lawyer. Jaylen, David, Ernie, and the supervisor Jonathan are all professionals and proficient at what they do. I can't leave out Luke he is the man as well, they all greet me and ask me what do I need I appreciate them all. Teresa I can't leave out as well they all make my virgin mango slushy but she put her twist on it with strawberries lol I definitely appreciated her mojo lol a big thank you to all of them for their service.“
