El Toto's Mexican Restaurant offers great small town, home cooked foods with impeccable service. The menu is one of a kind and delicious, with all food made fresh, prompt, and made to order. Large portions include a massive carne asada burrito with a side of rice and beans, a California burrito and taco plate for 28 bucks, and the best huevos rancheros on the mountain. Prices aren't bad considering other fast food garbage has gone up. The small dining room has friendly, helpful employees, with outside dining also available and easy wheelchair access. Parking is easy in front of the restaurant. This one of a kind, caring, loving family restaurant treats everyone like family and is worth the long epic drive.
