I ordered a bento box with chicken teriyaki and salmon teriyaki. The salmon was good but the chicken was not as good. The chicken was not good breast meat. The atmosphere was more for a younger crowd playing more pop music.

This is one of our favorite places for all you can eat sushi. We've been coming here for a couple years now. The sushi is still good, however, gratuity is now automatically added as 15%, their system added 2 incorrect rolls from we ordered, the sides bar was almost empty and it was a bit warn in there. The food is still very good though and we will still visit. 😋

To be honest, the sushi at this restaurant just didn’t taste good to me. The flavor was not there. Most of it tasted the same, and a lot of the rolls looked like California rolls with different sauces on top. I was there with three friends, and after we ate, I asked them what they thought—some of them felt the same way.

On the bright side, they had a small salad bar with edamame, which I really liked. The ginger and wasabi were really good. At the end of the meal, we had ice cream. I went with chocolate, which was good! My friends had the green tea flavor, but they weren’t fans—they said it didn’t have much flavor.

I started wondering if maybe I was being too picky about Aji Sushi, but honestly, I’ve had a lot of sushi in different places, and usually, the first few bites tell you if it's going to be great. This just wasn’t it for me.

Wow! I was really impressed with the food but especially the service, Lemme tell you about our server Kelly. She was amazing!!!!! This was my first time here and I cannot wait to go back. I live in Los Angeles so that says A LOT. She kept checking on us an making sure we had everything we needed. She even made sure my daughter had a celebratory dessert to celebrate her graduating from UC Davis. The establishment is small but cozy. The AYCE sushi is delicious and very fresh. And they have Veggie sushi options!!!! Even the water was tasty. HIGHLY recommend!

The fried banana was amazing, especially with the matcha ice cream, though the matcha ice cream was very mildly flavored. My favorite rolls that we got were the golden dragon roll, the alaskan roll, and the crunchy california roll. Their nigiri was alright but not great, and their fried oyster was delicious. I absolutely loved the salad bar with the unlimited seaweed salad, cucumber salad, pork gyoza, and edamame I just wish the edamame was warm other than that it was great.

Great Sushi and I love being able to order via a tablet - It's simple and easy. I've been here about 6-7 times over the past few years.

I'd like to make a request though - Can you allow ordering a half roll? The option is already there is your tablet software, I can order it but I was then told they would only bring out a full roll (8 pieces). Being able to order a half roll (4 pieces) would allow customers to try a larger variety while reducing food waste.

So its a bit different. Outside makes it look like its closed or even out of business, so that's an easy fix to make it more inviting. You order made to order off an iPad which for some is disconcerting. Would be nice of there were pop up descriptions of what each rolls ingredients were. That would be helpful. The cooked stuff like teriyaki chicken, katsu etc were not very good. Small, VERY thinly cut portions, plus the chicken was grey which as a foodie is very disconcerting. Potstickers were tasty. Spicy Edamame needed more flavor. Some of the rolls were a bit tasteless, so a little creativity is needed there ti bring out the flavor. Some of the bigger rolls were cut so thin. Made it tough to pick up and dip into spy sauce and wasabi. But them thicker please. The sushi brought out on a big platter as you can see in my pictures which is cool. We ended up with a roll with cream cheese which I am not a fan of. Would help to have pop up descriptions to avoid this as previously stated. It's $22.99 for lunch. They fix a few things it would improve nicely. Miso soup was tasty, as are deserts. They had a strawberry and mango gelatin desert that was very tasty.

Me and my fianceĂ© enjoyed dinner here last Saturday. Only gripe is the cost, but you get a lot for what you pay for. Next time, I’ll be more prepared and more hungry.
